Zerutod
Zerutod stood on the outskirts of the camp already having made up his mind to join the war to help with the Tech and strategist, his blind eyes scanning the bustling crowd. The makeshift headquarters buzzed with energy as representatives from guilds and fighters from all corners of Earthland gathered for the impending war against Corruption. Clutching his katana, the young man with silver hair pondered his role in this historic conflict. As Zerutod made his way toward the tech department, he weaved through the diverse assembly of warriors. Thoughts of the Rune Knights, his comrades in arms, flickered across his mind, and he strained to discern their familiar figures amidst the chaos.

But it seemed they were yet to arrive. Lost in his musings, Zerutod observed the intricate details of the camp. Tents lined the periphery, fluttering like flags in the gentle breeze. In the distance, the crystalline paradise known as Furthest glimmered, drawing adventurers and storytellers alike. Its untouched beauty concealed echoes of battles waged centuries ago. A playful smile tugged at Zerutod's lips as he thought of the treasures and legends hidden within Furthest. Countless souls had dared to explore its depths, seeking the remnants of forgotten gods and mythical creatures. Yet, the mysteries entwined with the coves and sunken ships still beckoned adventurers to uncharted territories. The clashing of armor resonated through the air as the crowd swelled. Zerutod marveled at the variety of fighters, each bearing their own unique aura. They hailed from guilds large and small, all united by their shared desire to overthrow the tyrannical Shogun and bring justice to the long-suffering citizens. Lost in contemplation.

As Zerutod navigated the vibrant chaos of the camp, his electroreception served as his guide, allowing him to deftly maneuver through the sea of bodies. Behind the facade of his trench coat, black as the deepest night, and his striking silver hair, lay a shattered world desperate for redemption. With each step, Zerutod's anticipation grew, his katana resting peacefully at his side, a silent testament to his unwavering resolve. He had no qualms about shedding blood if necessary, for he knew that this war demanded sacrifice and courage. The future of Earth Land teetered on a precipice, the power to rebuild and heal within their grasp. Zerutod would not let this opportunity slip away. As he moved deeper into the camp, Zerutod's senses heightened, eagerly seeking out familiar faces. The stage was set, the war drums called, and destiny beckoned.

Toga

The early hours found Tōga cloistered in conference with General Kon, their private counsel yielding rich bounty for the battles ahead. The seasoned commander opened his vault of wisdom, drawing on a lifetime's accrual of feats and cunning to guide the younger slayer of dragons. More than mere goals or milestones, here lay entire pathways to victory, should they join forces and purpose. Tōga had stumbled upon a fountain, not just of tactics, but of solidarity - a wellspring he would draw from in the difficult days to come.

The afternoon found Tōga wandering the sprawling camp, seeking to know the hearts of these Rune Knights who gave their leave from Era to aid Joya's struggle. His gaze swept from tideline to horizon, where tents marshaled in endless ordered ranks. Each pristine line aligned with the next in geometric harmony, row upon row upon row. Here was precision and discipline given form, a city built of canvas and determination. In the eyes of the knights Tōga would meet, he hoped to find the spirit behind such meticulous unity.

They came in their hundreds - Rune Knights ferried to Joya on vessels that could swallow whole hamlets, so laden were their holds with fighters, arms, and provisions for the long crusade ahead. Ship after ship disgorged its cargo of justice-seekers, an endless influx of knights and matériel, until the docks groaned under the weight. An army had landed, ready to take up arms for what could well become an enduring campaign.

Joya - Tōga's homeland, whose people he knew to possess uncommon gifts. A purity and strength set them apart, joined to an eye for beauty and a love of heritage. Their history limned the landscape in its very hues - the crimson of spilled blood, the cobalt and emerald of joy. Each generation added its brushstroke to the living mural. This mission's importance went beyond strategy or politics; it was a fight to safeguard the wellspring of Joya's uniqueness. Tōga sensed the spirits of ancestors marching with them, stirring the wind with echoes of anthems and laments. Failure would desaturate his land, washing its richest tones down fate's drain. He could not, would not let that happen.

Tōga drifted through the camp, lost in thought, mentally donning the mantle of spycraft for the battle of wits ahead. His consciousness danced from scheme to scenario, ignoring the physical forms around him as he wove strategies from gossamer threads of imagination. He was deep in this tapestry of tactical daydreams when a jarring collision with a black-cloaked figure shocked him back to present reality. Tōga blinked, returning to the coarse fabric world from the smooth silk realm of his mind. Grounded once more, he offered an apologetic bow to the trenchcoated man before continuing his measured pacing, plans and contingencies now flowing more cautiously, interwoven with alert awareness of the bustling camp.

"my bad, friend," Tōga offered an apologetic bow, a reflex ingrained since childhood in Joya. As he lifted his head, pink spikes fluttered in harmony with the motion, framing eyes sharp as garnet. His gaze met a sturdy wall of a man, a comrade in arms, evoking a wisp of a smile though joy eluded him. Homeland's turmoil sapped his spirit, the people's suffering eclipsing cordial encounters. Still, Tōga summoned warmth, determined to share hope. "Didn't see you there. I’m Tōga – and you are?” A small question, but one rippling with care, seeking to buoy his ally for battles ahead. However heavy their task, they must lighten each other's loads.

Zerutod winced as he collided with another person, a jolt of surprise coursing through him. "Oof! My apologies," he muttered, quickly recovering from the impact. He straightened his coat, offering a faint smile of reassurance. "No harm done, my friend. I must have been lost in thought." His voice carried a gentle warmth, reminiscent of a gentle breeze.  Zerutod's eyebrows twitched ever so slightly as Tōga introduced himself. The name struck a chord within him, prompting a flood of memories. His mind raced, trying to connect the dots. And then, like a bolt of lightning, it hit him. "Tōga..." he murmured, his voice tinged with revelation. "I believe I've come across that name before, perhaps in some paperwork or reports back at the Rune Knights HQ. I believe."

Though, I must confess, the details elude me at the moment. My mind has been preoccupied with recent events," he explained, his tone calm and collected despite the slight frustration lacing his words. As the camp buzzed with preparations for the imminent assault, Zerutod felt a surge of excitement. The chaos around him brought his mind back to the task at hand, and he couldn't help but think of his role as a strategist. Zerutod turned his head slightly, his ears picking up the humming of people scurrying about. "The time for action is upon us," he murmured to himself, a flicker of determination shining in his blind eyes. Just then, a loud shout interrupted his thoughts. " Hey, Zerutod! We need your strategizing skills over here!" It was a familiar voice, belonging to a fellow comrade. Zerutod grinned, mischief dancing in his tone. "Well, it seems I am in demand. Duty calls, my friend. But fear not, we shall reconvene soon and unravel the mysteries of those nameless reports. of course that is if you don't mind accompanying me for a little while. "

Toga

The man's hair cascaded down his back like a frozen waterfall, translucent strands glimmering like freshly fallen snow. His skin was as pale and flawless as porcelain, lending an otherworldly air to his elegant features. Eyes that shone bright as the full moon surveyed the scene with a detached melancholy, their cool gaze betraying no hint of the mysteries hidden behind their icy facade. Tōga watched the strange figure closely, enthralled yet guarded, sensing there was more to this intriguing discovery than meets the eye. He needed time to unravel the enigma before him, to understand what secrets might lie buried beneath the stranger's glacial exterior.

When the commanding officer's piercing gaze fixed on him at the mention of his name, Tōga couldn't help but wince slightly. "I hope the reports portrayed me favorably," he offered weakly, still finding his footing among the prestigious ranks of the Rune Knights. Though newly enlisted, his feats had not gone unnoticed, sending ripples through the order's rigid hierarchy. To some he was an upstart looking to rise through the ranks, but Tōga saw his accomplishments as merely a productive use of time. Ever restless, he joined the knights to satiate his wanderlust and quench his thirst for adventure. Each quest allowed him to stretch his wings and dive headfirst into the unknown. Though wary of ruffling feathers, he hoped his talents might be seen as assets rather than liabilities by those perched highest in the chain of command.

"Apologies again. This camp is fit to burst with all these knights about," Tōga offered sincerely, his gaze sweeping over the bustling village of tents and armored soldiers. The air hung heavy with anticipation, all present bound by obligation to the impending battle. Though their duty eclipsed all else, Tōga tended towards congeniality in even the most pressing of circumstances. The assault loomed close, yet compassion needn't be sacrificed in the name of the cause. These men were still human beneath their stoic exteriors, each shouldering their share of hopes and fears. In such crowded quarters, accidental encounters were inevitable. And there was no harm in retaining one's manners, even in the thick of the regimented chaos.

The knight Tōga had collided with remained reticent, offering no name in response to Tōga's civil inquiry. Inwardly, Tōga bristled slightly at the discourtesy, though fortune soon intervened. From nearby, another voice called out, hailing the silver-haired soldier as Zerutod.

"Ah, Zerutod is it? A pleasure to meet ya," Tōga greeted amiably, relief washing over him at finally discovering the aloof man's name, albeit by happy happenstance rather than introduction. He bore no ill will for the curt encounter; names mattered little in the end. Still, he was thankful to have scratched that nagging itch of curiosity. Some part of him longed to further bridge the distance between them, hoping sincerity and kindness might thaw the frost of formality. But for now, this minor victory would suffice.

"Sure, I’d love to see what you all have planned," Tōga responded eagerly, ever receptive to gaining new insights. As an aspiring spy about to embark on infiltration, he saw immense value in being privy to the inner workings guiding the mission. By witnessing the careful strategizing underway, he could glean details critical for his own role's success. Joining the meeting would provide an invaluable glimpse behind the curtain, allowing him to assess the situation from new angles. Though the specifics of his task remained undisclosed, equipping himself with well-rounded knowledge could only prove advantageous.

Zerutod
Zerutod and Tōga made their way through the bustling camp, the sound of marching boots and clattering armor filling the air. Zerutod's sensitive ears picked up on every sound, his electroreception helping him navigate the crowded space. "So, Tōga,"  Zerutod began, "After thinking on it for a few minutes i think i recall the paperwork i have seen your name on It mentioned something about assisting Captain Lionel in dealing with corrupt Knights. Quite commendable, I must say."  Zerutod chuckled softly. "Justice is a concept that should never be compromised. But tell me, my friend, what brings you here? I assume you're not here to partake in the strategizing like myself. Either way, having your input couldn't hurt."

As they approached the tent, he heard the lively chatter of voices and the clinking of glasses. Pushing open the flaps, Zerutod entered the tent, his presence bringing a momentary hush to the room. The other strategists turned their attention to him, their expressions ranging from curiosity to skepticism. A tall, burly man with a thick scar across his cheek stepped forward, his voice booming. "Ah, Zerutod! Finally, you grace us with your presence. We've been awaiting your brilliant insights." Zerutod flashed a disarming smile. "Apologies for my tardiness, my dear Garrek. The path here was fraught with unexpected conversations and requests for advice on the best tea blends."  Garrek chuckled, his deep voice rumbling like distant thunder. "Well, I doubt the request was wanted knowing how you love to ramble." Zerutod gestured towards the assembled strategists. "Shall we dive into the matter at hand? How can we best utilize our spies, healers, and warriors in this upcoming battle?"  A thoughtful silence fell over the tent as the strategists pondered the question. Finally, a petite woman with fiery red hair spoke up. "I believe our spies should be strategically positioned on the outskirts of the battlefield, relaying crucial information about the enemy's movements. With their stealth and cunning, they can provide us with a significant advantage."

A bald man with an intricate tattoo winding down his arm nodded in agreement. "Indeed, but let's not forget the importance of our healers. We should station them in strategic locations to tend to the wounded and provide support to our warriors." Zerutod furrowed his brow, his mind whirring with possibilities. "What about our warriors? How can we maximize their effectiveness?" A grizzled war veteran leaned against a table, a scar across his eye gleaming in the lamplight. "Our warriors should be divided into specialized units, each with a unique focus on offense, defense, or tactical maneuvering. By coordinating their efforts, we can create powerful synergy on the battlefield." Zerutod nodded, his blind eyes focused on the different diagrams and maps spread out on the table. "And what about distractions? Should we employ any diversionary tactics to confuse the enemy?" A woman with silver hair and piercing blue eyes smirked. "Oh, I have just the trick. We can utilize illusionists to create mirages and false images of our forces, making it difficult for the enemy to discern our true intentions."

Zerutod's lips curved into a smile of admiration. "Ah, a masterful suggestion, Seraphina. Illusions can be incredibly effective in sowing confusion and disarray among the enemy ranks." Garrek stepped forward once again, his expression serious. "But let's not forget the importance of coordination and communication during the battle. Our strategists should be strategically positioned at key vantage points, relaying information and adjusting our plans in real time." Zerutod nodded in agreement. "Indeed, Garrek. Clear communication and adaptability are crucial, especially in the heat of battle. We must be prepared to make rapid adjustments should the situation change." As the discussion continued, Zerutod's mind buzzed with possibilities. The debate was intense, with different strategists presenting their own ideas and supporting them with passionate arguments. In the midst of the heated debate, Zerutod's playful nature surfaced. "Come now, my esteemed colleagues. Let's not forget the importance of a well-timed prank to boost morale amidst the chaos of war."

The tent erupted in laughter, and the tension momentarily lifted as the strategists enjoyed the lighthearted moment. Zerutod reveled in the camaraderie, knowing that a united and joyful front was essential for their cause. Just as the laughter subsided, Zerutod's face grew serious. "We must not lose sight of our ultimate goal: to free the people from the Shogun's tyranny. It is our duty to fight for justice and bring about a brighter future." The strategists nodded in unison, their determination shining in their eyes. The meeting drew to a close, but the plans and strategies they had discussed would continue to evolve and refine in the days leading up to the battle. As Zerutod left the tent, a spark of excitement danced in his chest. He felt the weight of responsibility on his shoulders, but he also felt the power of unity and hope that bound them all together. Just as they were delving deeper into the discussion, a strategist at the other end of the table looked up, confusion etched on his face. "And who might you be?" he asked, pointing at Tōga who had just entered the tent, mistaking him for another strategist. Zerutod couldn't help but suppress a grin as he noticed the mix-up. "Ah, my dear friend," he interjected, coming to Tōga's rescue. "Allow me to introduce you to Tōga, a fellow comrade. Although not a strategist, his insights are always valuable." The man's confusion turned into curiosity as he eyed Tōga. "Well, if you're here, I suppose you have some input as well. What do you think about the role of our forces in the upcoming battle?"

Toga

The two wove through the intricate web of tents with purposeful strides. Though their tones were casual, their trajectory betrayed a destination of great import. The bustling camp dwellers shuffled aside fluidly to accommodate their determined path. As they walked, Zerutod let slip further details of his past dealings with Tōga, bringing a relieved sigh from the Dragon Slayer. "Oh, it was nothing," he demurred, downplaying his role in unmasking corrupt Rune Knights. In truth, his keen eye for detail marked him as an ideal spy for their present quest. Despite his nonchalant air, Tōga's watchful gaze missed nothing, turning his insights to advantage. Together they threaded the camp, the crowd parting before them like water, on a mission only they fully understood.

"I'm here to help," Tōga offered, the truest if simplest answer, as his words found their mark in Zerutod's ears. "Joya is my home. Her people are my kin. I want to see them prosper, not just struggle to survive. That's no life at all," he continued, his gaze drifting beyond the beaches, past the hazy silhouettes of distant peaks. This land, its people, held special meaning for him. He would do whatever it took, no questions asked, to secure their future, to see them thrive. Tōga felt bound to this place, its fate intertwined with his. If he could lift them up, help Joya rise to its full potential, he would consider his purpose fulfilled. For now, offering his skills to aid their cause would have to suffice. But Tōga hoped to witness Joya's glory reborn, its people unfettered and reaching new heights.

The pair swept into a spacious tent bustling with Rune Knights engrossed in their tasks, yet clearly deferring to Zerutod as they entered. At his arrival, the knights gravitated subtly toward the large table at the tent's center. Tōga read the scene instantly - their body language spoke of deep respect and admiration for Zerutod's abilities, marking him as their leader though he bore no title. Tōga had an eye for group dynamics, able to discern leaders from followers simply through observation of their interactions and actions, or lack thereof. Here, the knights' reactions painted Zerutod as the anchor of this unit, his presence grounding them in shared purpose. Tōga found hope in this glimpse of camaraderie and unspoken unity of spirit. However their mission unfolded, these knights moved as one body with a common heartbeat bound to an unspoken rhythm. Their strength was woven not of rank or rules, but of faith in each other, and in the quiet guidance of the one they looked to for leadership.

A symphonic rhythm pulsed as each knight spoke in turn, their voices blending into a harmonious stream of strategy. They moved in practiced formation down the assembly line of information, adding insights and expertise that interlocked with precision. Tōga marveled at their structured synergy - was this the way of Rune Knight collaborators? There was an intrinsic order to their discussion, no confusion or dismissal of ideas. Their back-and-forth wove an intricate tapestry of tactical brilliance. Tōga listened in studious silence, digesting every word though taking care not to get lost in the rapid flow. His quietude belied rapt attention, not misunderstanding. This chorus of focused minds mesmerized him with its fluidity, disparate voices fused into coherent song. Together they constructed an ingenious countermeasure to liberate Joya from the reign of terror. Tōga witnessed the strength woven from this diverse yet unified team. When their mission arrived, they would move as one, guided by the symphonic strategy they now composed.

As the symphony of strategy reached its coda, a strategist called out before Zerutod and Tōga could exit. Politely, he inquired about Tōga’s presence at this confidential gathering. Tōga was no tactical planner, but a spy for the brewing rebellion.

"nice to meet you all," Tōga replied brightly, his voice reverberating animatedly within the tent.

He met each set of curious eyes with a look of comradery and resolve. Though an outsider to their strategic circle, Tōga knew they now shared a purpose - to see Joya freed. Their goals aligned, even if their roles differed. Tōga would help stage the liberation, and these knights would be the tacticians behind the curtain. Their meeting of the minds was a prelude of the symphonic effort to come.

"Brilliant insights all around," Tōga remarked casually, though his words belied the sharp intellect behind them. "As a native Joyan, I know the land well. Positioning is paramount - if we pinpoint strategic footholds, we can optimize our impact without overextending resources."

As Tōga spoke, his hands danced animatedly, accentuating his points as much as his voice did. His expressive visage reflected the gears rapidly churning behind his congenial façade.

"I'll be your man on the ground, gathering intel as a spy. The more we align our efforts, the smoother this operation will run when the day comes."

Tōga's amiable tone could not conceal the gravity of their purpose. Yet his energetic manner inspired confidence and camaraderie. Their forces were foreigners mostly, but with coordinated strikes guided by local knowledge, their strategy could topple an empire. As a spy, Tōga would be their eyes and ears, priming the landscape for liberation. United, this small band of knights and one rogue native might reshape the fate of a nation.

The Threat Remains (Event) Empty Wed Oct 25, 2023 10:34 pm

Zerutod
The room fell silent as the strategists absorbed Tōga's words. Garrek crossed his arms, a thoughtful expression etched on his face. " Intriguing suggestion, Tōga. Could you elaborate on how we might incorporate these tactics into our battle plan?" The tent pulsated with the energy of passionate discussion as the strategists delved deeper into the intricate details of the upcoming operation. Zerutod sat, his ears attuned to every word, as the discussion shifted towards the role that the spies would play in infiltrating the heart of Joya. His mind quietly pondered his own place in this assault, the weight of responsibility pressing upon him like a heavy cloak. One of the strategists, a seasoned man with graying hair, leaned forward and addressed the group. "The spies will be crucial in gathering information about the enemy's defenses and relaying it back to us. They will need to be agile, quick-witted, and skilled in the art of deception." Zerutod couldn't help but feel a twinge of jealousy, knowing that his unique abilities as a blind man wouldn't be of much use in the realm of espionage.

Still, he listened intently, keen to learn the intricacies of their plans. Another strategist, a woman with fiery determination in her eyes, spoke up. "We have identified key targets within Joya, individuals who wield considerable power and influence over the Shogun. It will be the spies' task to get close to these targets and gather whatever information they can." A young, eager strategist who had barely hit puberty, raised his hand timidly. "Um, excuse me, but isn't it risky to send spies into such dangerous territory? What if they're caught?" The seasoned strategist chuckled, though there was a touch of melancholy in his voice. "Ah, my young friend, the risk is an inherent part of our mission. It is our duty to push the boundaries, to take calculated risks in order to achieve our ultimate goal. Without risk, there can be no reward." Zerutod couldn't help but feel a pang of admiration for the spies. Their bravery in the face of uncertainty was inspiring, and he silently commended their sacrifice. The discussion carried on, each strategist bringing forth their own perspective and ideas. Zerutod, though sometimes deemed hapless due to his blindness, was silently absorbing every word. He knew that his part in this operation was not in the realm of espionage, but he was determined to make a difference nonetheless. As the strategists wrapped up their final deliberations and settled on the battle plan, Zerutod stood up, ready to embark on his own mission into the heart of Joya. His katana hung at his side, a constant reminder of the deadly violence he was capable of if the need arose. Approaching one of the strategists, a burly man with a gruff demeanor, Zerutod spoke softly. "Sir, while m off on such a  dangerous mission, I can also offer my assistance in any way I can. Whether it be gathering information through alternative means or providing support on the field, I am at your disposal." The burly strategist grunted, his gaze evaluating Zerutod for a moment. "I've seen what you can do, boy. Your intelligence is unmatched, and your lightning abilities are a valuable asset. Very well, you shall accompany our forces as an advisor. Just be sure to keep that deadly side of yours tucked away when unnecessary."

Zerutod bowed, gratitude swelling in his chest. "Thank you, sir. I will not disappoint." With his position secure, Zerutod delved into further preparations. He meticulously inspected his gear, ensuring that everything was in perfect order. The trench coat draped over him, its black fabric billowing ever so slightly in the breeze, serving as a constant reminder of the weight upon his shoulders. As the sun dipped below the horizon, casting a warm golden hue across the land, Zerutod took a moment to reflect. He looked out towards the crystalline paradise for the dead and brave, the place where so many wars had taken place. The legends whispered of mythical creatures and long-lost treasures hidden within its depths. Zerutod couldn't help but feel a surge of excitement coursing through his veins. He was on the precipice of something grand, something that would change the course of history. The fate of Joya rested in his hands, along with the other brave warriors who fought alongside him. Taking one last deep breath, Zerutod steeled himself for the battles to come. Time was of the essence, and he knew that the moment to strike was fast approaching. With a focused gaze and a heart full of determination, he trudged forward, ready to face the unknown with unwavering resolve. And so, the stage was set for a clash of epic proportions. The strategists had spoken their final words, the battle plan was laid out, and Zerutod stood at the forefront, leading the charge toward a brighter future. Who knew what awaited them in the heart of Joya, but one thing was certain – they would face it head-on, for the sake of justice, unity, and a world transformed by knowledge.

Toga

Tōga's grin revealed a flash of sharp canines that seemed to inspire those gathered in the tent. "Well, I don't have it all mapped out yet - I haven't had a chance to fully survey the land," he said, his words balanced between calculated strategy and veiled mystery. "Joya comprises towering mountain ranges, vast bodies of water, and sweeping stretches of terrain - all prime for the Shogunate forces to utilize for tactical advantage," he continued. Every region offered distinct benefits that could be leveraged against them if action was further delayed. The longer they waited, the more difficult their mission became with each passing moment as Tōga's words highlighted the intricacies of the landscape that could either challenge or empower their campaign.

"The longer we delay, the more entrenched they'll become," Tōga sighed, though his confidence in their odds of success remained unshaken. "The Rune Knights have already established a foothold on these shores - such news travels swift as lightning in Joya. Everyone is connected to someone with valuable information," he continued, gazes sweeping around the tent past the gathered strategists and intellects circled around the table. His eyes settled on a faded regional map, outdated but still useful for its accurate depiction of key geographical features.

Tōga's words underscored the risk of inaction as time worked against them, yet he exuded steadfast belief in their cause. The web of connections across Joya meant intelligence was rapidly shared, granting them insight but also warning their foes. Though planning was prudent, hesitation could squander any advantage as the enemy fortified defenses. The time for decisive action grew ever closer.

"I say we turn their expectations against them," Tōga proposed, his strategy carrying audacious risk. "We leave the Rune Knights here as a conspicuous distraction and gradually infiltrate spies while attention remains fixed on the overwhelming force at shore."

It was a bold gambit, using the home base to sell a false narrative. The scarce inland movement could lull the Shogunate into believing their adversaries had yet to make a true move. Smaller parties slinking unnoticed into the fractures of the country would not startle or raise alarms, even as they steadily advanced. Yet without the bulk of soldiers, the infiltrators would lack sturdy protection should plans go awry. Tōga's cunning suggestion straddled daring and danger, disguising their true intentions. While imperiling the infiltrators, misdirection could turn carelessness into advantage. Deception might prove the difference if executed with flawless discipline.

"It's a gamble, but I believe it gives us the best shot at vital intelligence," Tōga remarked, his tone easy despite the gravity of their objective and audacity of his plan. Though already at a disadvantage, Tōga proposed boldly turning the circumstances to their favor. His daring strategy paired risk with cunning, sacrificing safety for the element of surprise. Tōga's casual confidence never wavered, even suggesting such a precarious path.

More proposals and assumptions would be shared before the meeting adjourned. But just as Zerutod made his move, Tōga had set his own designs in motion - aligning himself with the blind man's mission though neither yet realized it. Discussions concluded, the pieces slowly fell into place across Joya's fractured landscape. The time for decisive action drew inexorably closer.
