Name: Maiden of the Night

Difficulty: Epic

Participants: Saturn and a certain Maiden

Story: The mindrache colony for a time has been under a peaceful reign of it's ruling council. With the rune knights as a constant presence they have the safety that they could never have dreamed of without them. But there rise issues of having a station, a city that people can come and go from. People have gone missing again; people have drifted away from one another. The elders have long since dissapeared but one single voice raises above the rest.

A Maiden of the Night. Her voice sings softly above everything else. With the fall of the false house of Wolfenstein to the north within iceberg their enemies number one less. But like with the world it has presented another issue. That of a dragon, a beast unlike any other rising to the occasion to want what every dragon wants.

Succor from its subjects and it sees them as their subjects. It wants offerings, it wants gold, women, meat, treasure and equipment. It hardly presents a threat to anyone outside of the Mindrache that live there. The vestige of the outsider hardly sees this as a problem citing that the mindrache would be safe under it's watchful gaze but saturn isn't happy with that idea. Niether is the Maiden. Together they argue down the powerful outsider only to find that the connection between Saturn and the being is severed once they disagree too much.

The vestige leaves them to their fate; deciding that saturn no longer is the guardian that it assigned here. That he cannot see past the short-term; believing him to be a fool. The hardest challenge lay in front of them without a powerful being many times over.

Rewards: Storyline Companion + Usual Epic Rewards

Objective: Saturn and the Maiden must travel to the dragon's home; dealing with it's guards. Dealing with traps, magics and other beasties that have made their home there. Ultimately... Saturn must live up to his title as a Dragonslayer and remove this threat from the north once and for all.

Required Progress: Epic: 6 A ranks, 6 S ranks put into the equivalent of 13,500 words [50% WCR]
