Overall: Arsène’ usual outfit consists of a blue above waist length jacket with dark blue outlines, a white or lavender shirt that sometimes has frills on the cuffs and torso and black pants held up with a white belt. His well kept teal hair juts in backwards and down direction. It sits just below his ears and has quite a bit of volume to it. His eyes are a lighter forest green, big and round and full of sparkle and spirit. Generally looking his age at a glance, his body is actually well defined, his sharp chin and his toned upper chest visible thanks to his low necked shirts. While not monstrous in strength, he has gained quite a defined body from his years of stunts and tricks he does on a daily basis as a performer.

Extra: He can be seen with various kinds of jewelry. Usually bracelets or necklaces but tends to switch them up very regularly.

Personality

Personality: Arsène is a passive young man who takes quite a bit of joy casting spells and putting on a show. As a summoner type mage, he takes great pride in his summons and sees them as his own family. He does his utmost to do right by them in day to day life and in battle. Despite being summoned to protect him, Arsène will do his best to not put them in harm's way unless totally necessary.

Even if he is still in the early years of his life, Arsène thinks of himself as a mature individual. Between his own entrepreneurship, his strong opinions and his solo lifestyle (minus the summons) he feels as though he is well settled into life as a whole and with that comes a certain pride. Although maybe pride should be replaced with overconfidence? This overconfidence can sometimes make him butt heads with others. If he sees his point as being challenged then he would think why wouldn't someone with his life experience not be right?

Overconfidence in life and being a good showman on stage are one thing but deep down Arsène is a little bit more of a reserved character. When not performing or talking about politics, he can be found lazing around or taking things very easy, usually accompanied by one of his summons. When he isn't in performance mode his overzealousness is practically gone. He still keeps a cheerful demeanor but the energy level is much closer to the ground rather than through the roof. His performer persona is almost like a totally different personality in contrast to how he acts day to day.

Likes:

Magic: Any and all kinds of magic fascinate Arsène. The flashier the better in his mind. Something that can excite and intrigue those who see it. His own preference is of course his summoning magic but that won't stop him gushing over it.
Acting/Perfomring: From a young age, Arsène took up the performing arts in the hopes to make some sort of a living for himself. Initially he didn't take to the crafts too well, finding days long and tedious. That all changed one day when his magic manifested and along with his summons he found that the whole thing was just one big game and something to enjoy. If not for himself then for those he was putting on the show before.

Dislikes:

Showboats: Yes! Ironically enough, Arsène hates showboats. Specifically those who bring up their own feats and prowess unprompted. If you're on stage you have to sell yourself, otherwise you're just being a vain asshole. Now of course situations vary but nine times out of ten if someone is interrupting his show it's because of something like “heh I could do that [i]easily.[/¡] Jackass.
Pets: Or the concept of pets in general. With his own magic, the spirits chose him to be his companion and Arsène believes this for all life, animal or not. The thought of young animals being taken from their family to be given to some rich snob to entertain their snot nosed kids churns his stomach and boils his blood! That being said, if said snot-nosed kid takes good care of the animal and a genuine bond forms the issue lessens but doesn't go away. And you can bet if he sees any animal cruelty then a quick summon later and the animal is the one going to be cruel against it's abuser!

Motivations:

Best Performer Baby!: Who could have seen this coming? Yes, one of Arsène’ primary goals in life is to become a world renowned entertainer. While not a childhood dream it was one he realized was in his grasp

Land Owner baby!: It was clear from many years trying to keep a roof over their heads that land ownership is a massive achievement to obtain. But his goal isn't something small like owning a house or a mansion, a street worth of buildings. No, Arsène wants to obtain as much land as he can to make his own town or city. A place where he can gather like minded individuals to help one another and the ecosystem.

Fears:

Losing his magic: Arsène has become incredibly attached to his summons to the point of considering them family. If he were to lose his magic in any way he would become incredibly distraught. Even if one of his spells would be negated he'd have a minor panic attack.
Getting Canceled: Or more bluntly losing whatever made him known among the people. Being forgotten or losing what made him entertaining to those people keeps him up at night with other existential thoughts.

Magic Description:
Through the use of crystals and gems, Arsène harnesses his magic and uses said gems as a catalyst to summon forth mythical beasts from the spirit world. The beasts have chosen Arsène and thus he needs their respective gem to summon them. While he needs the gems to a certain extent he can summon them with enough force of will and emotion.

History

History:

Born to a middle class family in the eccentric and energetic capital of Minstrel. Arsène, like most youths in the city was quickly captivated by all the stunts going on all around him on a daily basis. Seeing the people partake in such entertaining performances whether it be using their own physical or athletic prowess or utilizing their magic to dazzle the people, he was greatly enthralled by every bit of it. Thankfully due to his paternal side's side of the family, his own could live relatively comfortably without either parent needing to strenuously exhaust themselves to stay afloat. At least that's how it was for a good portion of Arsène's youth.

While not engrossed in their own jobs, Arsène's father was greatly fixated on magic. Specifically his family's magic. Since he didn't need to worry about money he would often spend most days cooped up in his study researching. The days he wasn't he was venturing out to various parts of the country to obtain rare literature on his studies. This fascination was inherited by his son and Arsène was also greatly interested in magic albeit in a slightly more childish way. While he couldn't comprehend why his father was doing his research, Arsène did some of his own, going to great lengths to study what he deemed worthy, which for the most part was any magic he saw on the streets. If it made him and others laugh or smile then it was something worth pursuing. So once his magic manifested he was ecstatic to show his father. He too was overjoyed but little did Arsène know it was for totally different reasons.

Thinking he and his father could finally start truly bonding over something they shared a common passion with one another, Arsène had a slightly naive outlook to the future. His father did take more time to spend with his son but was far more interested in his magic. He would watch his son's little shows with his summons and take notes before returning to his study without having shared them. When he would try to pry on what he was doing he would be quickly scolded by his father or be advised to leave him alone by his mother. Still the boy held out wishing his father would finish his research and come back to be a parent for him and his siblings. Whatever hopes he did have however were quickly dashed away at the sudden departure of his father. Coming back to the remnants of their home, his mother had already begun to uproot their life. Bags packed and with tickets bought to travel to Fiore the life he and his family once knew were gone.

It was a strange time. On one hand he was leaving the home he knew and loved but on the other it was the beginning of a new adventure, not just for him but also for his siblings.

With his magic, Arsène began to put on the most extravagant street shows he could, his younger siblings helping however they could while his mother did her best working as a full time seamstress. While his father was gone, his new summons he had brought to their home seemed to fill the void. His own siblings even managed to manifest the same magic, making the home much more lively as a result. Sadly however the house simply wasn't making a enough money to make ends meet so taking it upon himself as the new man of the house, Arsène took to being a Mercenary Mage, doing whatever jobs he could from each town's bulletin board that most guild mages would look to take up.
