Description: The process by which armor were made via a fusion of magic and metal were considered a revolutionary development at the time. Few expected that the same process would be reverse-engineered to produce armor that were inherently anti-magic. Conceived of by nefarious individuals and widely adopted by groups like the Witch Hunters, the blackened steel which has become standard has sparked much a fear within those practicing magic. In part because of its conception, the black steel – cold to the touch – as much serves as a void-like entity, seemingly consuming magic that is thrown its way, to the point where Magic users have seemingly viewed at it with the same revilement that a vampire harkens upon the sunlight.

Effects


  • Magehunter's Resilience: The potential of Debuff-type spells is reduced by one rank against the user.
  • Magehunter's Resistance: Should an attack bypass Magehunter's Guard, the damage applied to the torso will not be received in full but instead reduced by two ranks.
