Details


Description: Kaguya is a master of many elements and her instruments are said to embody portions of her abilities, none more evident is her folding fan capable of bringing about great disasters or good crop growth.

Measurements: Despite being a staff, the Kaguya’s Folding Fan more closely resembles a wand insize being approximately 15 centimeters in length.

Drawbacks:
  • Minor Lightning & Earth Weakness: While wielding Kaguya's Folding Fan, the user receives a minor Lightning & Earth Weakness.

Effects


  • Kaguya’s Sky: The user can cast their spells through the Kaguya’s Folding Fan as a Wind-based Spell causing them to be completely invisible.
  • Kaguya’s Hurricane: The user can cast their spells through the Kaguya’s Folding Fan as a Wind and Water-based Spell causing them to be able to go through each-other without impacting once another.
  • Kaguya’s Ocean: The user can cast their spells through the Kaguya’s Folding Fan as a Water-based Spell causing the spell size to stack when casting on top of one another.

    Requirements: Kaguya’s Folding Fan
    Type: Offensive
    Element: Water, Water & Wind or Wind
    Range: 100 meters
    Cooldown: Once Per Month
    Duration: Instant
    Effect: Drawing up the Folding fan, the user is elevated into the air by either Water, Water and Wind or Wind depending on the user's wishes upon casting the spells, anything beneath them will be bombarded by a terrible storm expanding out from above them fostering the abilities of the associated effects passive. The storm begins at their feet as the epicentre while they rise to 32 meters into the air atop the stop, note that this does not provide them with flight only temporarily ascends them into the air. They will rise into the air relative to their spell speed as will the expansion of the storm which will receive up to 100 meters away from them on all sides. Anything impacted by the storm will be knocked back the full 100 meters and receive damage relative to the rank of the spell.
