Decreased Acceleration Time
You are used to performing agility based feats such as flips or rolls/somersaults mid-combat. You’re training to end the fight as quickly as possible allows you to push yourself farther than normally possible, allowing you to reach maximum acceleration one second sooner than normal.
Accurate Shot
You receive an additional 20% Mana Cost Reduction and a 1 post cool-down reduction to all your ranged weapon spells.
Have confirmed with Alisa that the first rank of perks should be available for starter characters.
