Nullification Starter Spell

Name: Nullification
Rank: D
Mana Cost: Variable
Requirements: Nullification Magic
Type: Supplementary
Element: Arcane
Range: 5-25 Meters
Cooldown: None
Duration: Instant
Effect: When using this spell, the user will nullify a spell that comes into their range by paying the mana cost of the spell(s) entering their radius with any mana reduction they have. The user must stretch out both their arms and hands towards the direction of the incoming spell to cancel the spell.
