Quest: The Ideal of Augmentation



Summary:
Not every student has a desire or aptitude for magic and mage craft but in this growing a shifting world, one’s potential isn’t limited to this. There are many components that could make someone’s heart race in a challenging battle, sometimes that comes from the glory of taking a beast down with nothing but your arsenal, or perhaps it’s something more simple like joy of clashing fists. There is beauty in martial prowess, skill and discipline cultivated in the process of protecting others. Aspects that we would want to see grow.

From the ground up: First things, first, you might want to find a schoolmate to challenge. Test your skills among theirs and see how you fair. In certain cases, you don’t truly know the gaps in your strategy until someone lays it open for you and sends you flying to the ground. So berserkers, are you formidable enough to break through a Sentinel’s defenses? Sentinels, can you hold off a warrior? And warriors, can you test your metal against a berserkers mettle? We shall see so here today.

Under the pressure: It takes ample heat to melt metal within the forge, and ample skill to temper it into the best weapon or tool of one’s caliber. You now, are the ore in question. Rich with potential and yearning for purpose. This cannot be achieve easily, but being here, you are surely aware of that. So we encourage you to push your limits constantly and strive for greater mastery. In our college grounds, we ask that you seek obstacles to test your physical capabilities, whether it is with fellow students as mentions, professors and teachers, or magnificent creatures and beasts. Don’t forget there are other colleges to test your grit with as well.

Good Bonus: Strive, push, and inspire others with your ideals and dedication.
Bad Bonus: A lack of sportsmanship doesn’t build your glory but it could add weight to your wallets.
Requirements: The character accepting the quest must be in Amaforth Academy.


Quest Conditions:

  • Each member of every team must meet the minimum requirements of the difficulty that has been selected i.e. a D-Rank can only complete D-Rank versions of the quests unless they are with a partner or group allowing them to complete a C-Rank quest.

  • Should the user meet the requirements of a certain difficulty, they may automatically participate in lower difficulties.

  • Users may complete up to 2 neutral quests once per week. Refreshing on Monday of the following week.

  • These may be completed alongside regular quests.
