The Elemental Lords

The Elemental Lords (要素のローズ; Yōso no Rōzu) are special mages that have a fixed magic or through their own plot reasons that focus them on a certain magic, and have built up a reputation in their proficient usage of that element. There can only be one Lord per element, and such a Lord is revered as the strongest user of that specific element within Fiore, and are never taken lightly in battle when their element can play into their advantage.

It is said that these mages were born with Elemental Avatars within their souls from conception, and it is the reason why they are so adept in their element. Lord positions can be fought for IC, or be abdicated by the current Lord and passes it down to a successor (though not a true concrete idea in the main plot in-character, it serves to enhance role-play and give extra incentives for interactions)
