Client:

Reagan Hullston: Reagan is a smuggler who transports wares from the pirates outside Hargeon to be sold elsewhere. He does this because there is quite some profit to be made. Purchasing the wares at a low price, due to the risk of getting caught, and selling them in another city at full price is his business. He cleverly hides his wares with all sorts of methods each time.

Summary: Reagan has noticed lately he is being tailed by a page of the Rune Knights. Worrying he will tell his superiors, Reagan wants you to dispose of this man. However, as a straight up death would cause too much commotion and attention. He wants you to follow the man and wait for a chance to make his death look like an accident.

Objective: Kill the page, and make it look accidental.

Extra Rewards: None

Details:

Create a topic in Hargeon.
Tail Reagan when you spot him, and you will notice there is a page also tailing him. Switch to tailing the page instead.
The page will pass by a few places that could be potential for an accidental death. He passes by a road, where he must stop for a horse carriage. He passes by a drop, where he could potentially fall. He goes down stairs, where he could also fall. Get creative with how to kill him.
Kill the Page and flee the area, giving it some time to die down as people see the dead body.
Give Reagan news of the death to receive your reward.
