Sure, that big green freak had managed to up one Houren for a little bit, and reached his final form. Certainly, in this form, he was much stronger than before, but at the same time, the Fire Dragon Slayer of Fairy Tail did not believe for even a second that he would lose to the same opponent twice. And even when you considered all of that, Houren Vanadis would not be fighting alone this time; surely, there were other bold men and women in Fiore who were irked by Cell's demeaning comments and wanted to give him a taste of his own medicine. Of course, the Fire Dragon Slayer was reminded of that other girl who had been with him during the fight against Cell, but her involvement in the fight had been slim, and he could barely remember her. If Houren was in her shoes though, he definitely would be making his way to Sieghart Mountains right about now, to show Cell that he had much more to offer.
The Fire Dragon Slayer could see the mountains in the distance now, the fabled mountains of old w here he had heard so many stories such as the one where they said that an old hermit lived in the mountains, one who was incredibly skilled at crafting weapons. There were many legendary or unique level weapons drifting around in the country of Fiore, and this particular hermit blacksmith was supposedly responsible for at least half of them. Or perhaps that was just a tale that people told, such as the story of Prester John, the zealot king? Houren didn't know, but while he was here, he might as well look around to try and find out. He checked his provisions and noticed that he had quite a bit left, much more than enough to survive a week here in these mountains and besides, Nanuq Town was close and he could always go back there in less than a day to restock if he ever felt like he was dropping low on provisions.
