The two mages were pretty good at playing doctors, at least, when all they needed to do was carry supplies from point A to point B. The doctor did tell them to come by later for more work, so that meant he did appreciate the work they'd done before. Inbetween the time it took them to eat lunch, do that other mission, and then finally complete it, the sky had darkened overhead, leaving nothing but a chilly wind with no comforting glow to warm them. And this was quite alright for Alisa, who had been born in the North and lived on far colder weather than this, which still felt like the warmest of summer by comparison.
She looked towards the beautiful Arisa who'd been all these quests with her, wondering how she was doing. Of course, she wasn't so worried how she'd deal with a chilly breeze, but rather how she fared with the whole, lack of food problem:
"I'm surprised you can keep going like this, Ari.", Ali would point out, not so much impressed as she was concerned, "Surely I can't tempt you with a little afternoon snack?"
Looking on into those beautiful eyes of amber with a hint of intrigue, Alisa would then gaze down, past that full, gorgeous bosom and at her stomach, not looking for the baby bump she knew she wouldn't find but rather wondering if the girl hadn't been losing weight due to lack of nutrition. She all but narrowed her eyes, trying to spot any difference, but she didn't... Hopefully she wouldn't anytime soon... In the meantime, maybe if they did more quest that would help clear her head? It was worth the shot, and they already had a willing client...
