He still needed to speak to a certain someone about how he was feeling. Given he hadn’t seen them in a while he had believed they moved on and were doing something more important somewhere else but there was still an underlying hope in his heart that they didn’t forget him. This person was a distraction for him, constantly on his mind and constantly making him think about them at the most inopportune times. This was why he needed to find them and get whatever it was he was thinking off of his chest and into their hands for a bit.
Aside from the nagging in his mind, things were still going well for him though. The days had gotten so much easier now that he had started smiling more. There was always a smile on his face and he didn’t even need to slurp noodles to feel so good. Maybe it was all of the attention he was paying to his new goal, but smiling on top of having his friends around made everything seem so grand!
Today he roamed Orchida’s streets, two bags in hand as he made his way from the market back to his hobble so he could make himself something to eat for the day before he got back to training. The bag in his right hand was filled to the brim with bottles of water and murky green ‘energy drinks’ or so that’s what the vendor called them, Fenrir was unsure what they were supposed to do exactly but by the word of the couple that sold them apparently they helped refill energy after a long day’s work. In his other bag was nothing special, various packaged meats, some veggies, and a few thrown in spices. It was going to make for an interesting meal at the very least.
His attire was different than usual, his gi and sweat pants were replaced with actual clothing. On his torso was a form fitting white shirt, it outlined his muscles well and showed off his handwork from all of the exercise he had been doing. His pants were green cargo pants, nothing special but he liked the pockets on the legs and as for his shoes, well his boots were replaced with actual work boots. He looked semi decent for the day at the very least.
Just as he turned a corner he’d spot someone observing what looked like a cart, a head of blonde hair but... There was no way that could be who he thought it was. Walking up to him he whistled, “Hey there stranger, fancy meeting you here.”
