Client:

Keito: Keito is a vagabond living on the streets of Era. Unaware to most, he is also a middleman who receives requests from victims seeking greater justice. Keito then forwards these requests to individuals that have no issue carrying them out. This service allows victims to not get involved with the underworld themselves.

Summary: A long lost brother returned home to visit his older brother who has now been placed in a rest room. Unfortunately, his older brother did not recognize him anymore. The other elderly seemed be forgetful as well. When he started to ask questions, he got kicked out of the rest home. It seems something shady is going on there thus he asks Keito for help rescuing his older brother from the criminally-run rest home. He seeks justice and wants the head of the person behind this rest home.

Enemies:

Dr. Perta: The criminal mind behind the rest home operation. He drugs the elderly subtly each day till they sign over their belongings to them after which he makes their death seem natural. On the outside, Pinda appears to be a kind doctor. He only takes in elderly that have no relatives alive, avoiding the hassle of dealing with visitors.

Details:

Create a topic in Era.
Find clues about the rest home.
Get creative and come up with clues that would fit your narrative of the story in this quest.
It won't be possible to simply wander into the rest home, they have a tight security at the rest home.
It's not possible to pretend to be a relative, because they only accept elderly that have no relatives to visit them.
Create an interesting narrative for the story about how you find out about the elderly getting drugged and the reason behind it.
Find the culprit and return with his head.
Only the target of the quest may be murdered. Otherwise the quest will result into a failure.
