PERSONA Name: Vali Onfroy Age: 20 | April/24th/X768 Gender: Male Sexuality: Heterosexual Ethnicity, Father: Icebergan Ethnicity, Mother: Desiertan Class: Spellsword Race: Half-Elf Rank: D-rank Guild: Guildless Tattoo: Right Shoulder | Red Face: Archer - Fate Stay PHYSIQUE Height: 7'0 Weight: 268 Lbs Hair: Silver/White Eyes: Gray Overall: Vali is a young man in his twenties, so it isn't a mystery as to why he has such a youthful face despite having a tall muscular build. Unlike most half-elves or humans, he stands at a daunting 7 feet and weighs a bit over 250 pounds. Unlike his mother or father, Vali Onfroy has grown to be huge but similar to his mother his ears are slightly pointed at the tip. Some Icebergians even believe his height to be a sign from the gods, while his mother believes it to be so as well (though different gods in her case). Val's hair used to be extremely long before he cut it, now he sports a short white, ruffled look. Unlike most Icebergians, his skin is a glorious bronze color though his eyes are gray like many of his countrymen. His signature outfit is what he calls the "Blood Viking Suit". It consists of a black body armor made from graphene, which consists of a black tight and sleeveless shirt with sliver accents which outline his muscles and a metal plate on his collar. He wears black pants that have two black straps on his thighs, and another two strapped around his shins separate from each other. His feet sport metal plated leather boots, which appear to be attached to his trousers. His signature red coat was passed down to him from his father, a great Jarl of one of the many tribes/villages on Iceberg. The Coat is has two separate sleeves connected by a metal plate at the back which covers his arms and is cut off showing his upper torso and midriff. It also has a separate red open skirt which ends above his shins with the top fashioned and tied with an agemaki knot, covered by a silver metal plate. Extra: Variety of scars all over his body from war. PERSONALITY Personality: Smart, ambitious, and trustworthy, Val is a man with many talents and morals. He values honesty, honor, and loyalty above all else and is proud in who he is. Coming from a family of "Vikings" or "Raiders" per se, not only does he have thick skin but he's also extremely strong-willed. His personal relationships tend to be drama free because of his compassionate nature - however, there is no denying that this man is stubborn and can get rather heated. Despite growing up around people who were thought to be cruel and vicious, Vali is full of love towards his people and puts those he loves even before himself. This doesn't necessarily mean that he is a soft-hearted person- Vali has no patience when it comes to his enemies, or people that have betrayed him and in serious battle will usually aim to kill. Once he's made a decision it is not so easy to get him to change his mind either. Val is always willing to see another point of view, but won't flip-flop on an opinion just to make someone else happy considering he has a lot of confidence in his own decisions. From his younger days Val knew that his level of thinking far surpassed others around him. He'd watch his peers and notice things that other people hadn't, making it easier for him to judge people and any predicament he was in just by simply watching. His ability to thoroughly analyze things make it hard for his friends and family to lie to him. To those who know him personally, it's no secret that he is talented at seeing peoples true intentions. Even though Vali isn't entirely selfish, most of his long-term goals only benefit him. For example, obtaining land and becoming it's ruler... or seeking revenge, though primarily he wants the best for his Icebergian people. Likes:

MAGIC Magic Name: Glory Magic Element: Arcane Magic Description: This is a magic passed down through generations of Onfroy family members. Legend has it that Onfroy's are descendants of the Satri god of war and lawgiving which grants them the ability to utilize such a magic. It was deemed Glory because of it's heavily offensive properties. This magic utilizes pure mana that can vary in color. (Though of course the magic seal color remains the same for Arcane element). Most spells look like weapons, though other blasts, etc are not excluded from the types of offensive spells one can use. The user can shape their magical energy like "maker" magic and are even granted the ability to buff themselves. If used correctly, this magic can make someone extremely dangerous at higher levels. HISTORY History: Vali Onfroy born year year X768 is the product of love condemned by many. Whilst his mother was an elven Desiertan slave forced to fight as a gladiator, his father was one of the great Jarls of Iceberg. The story goes that the Jarl of Skaal Known as Tristan Onfroy raided a small city in Seven and in death of many slave masters found a woman called Ebonee who was too rare of a woman for him not to claim. Years later the two fell involve and would bare a half elven child called Vali Onfroy. Vali wasn't apart of a large family, only having a brother older than him by 8 years. The young Vali was of course Icebergan, though many did not believe it so. Because of his eleven and Desertan lineage he was deemed the bringer of destruction by oracles. However, this did not hinder how Tristan felt about his son not one bit. Even his elder brother showed love and compassion towards his brother. Trained in the ways of Raiders, Vali was taught basic combat by his elder brother and was taught how to harness his magical prowess by his mother. Growing up on Iceberg he would witness many battles between Jarls and nameless clans, his own eyes proving his father constantly victorious. The more battles Tristan won, the more the people of Skaal believed that he was not the bringer of destruction like the oracles foretold. At a young age Vali was always eager to participate in battle. His only goal was to honor Skaal and his father and his mother. Not only did his father and brother fight for Skaal, but his mother proved to be a worthy asset as well, using her skills as a Gladiator to even turn the tide of battle a few times. His brother was favored amongst many, rumored as a man of honor and great strength, this being one of the many reasons why Vali admired his brother of all else. Him and his brother would do nearly everything together except battle, a dream Vali couldn't wait to turn into reality. Vali faced little to no hardships growing up. He was always well fed, trained, clothed, and educated. As he grew older the constant view of war seemed to turn his mind from believing that it was only a glorious thing. The half-elf bare witness to many people stricken by the twisted humor of the gods and upon a day realized that war only brought pain and death. The 13 year old Vali could not understand why the warring never stopped. When Vali was 17, he finally participated in a battle against the Gepids, a ruthless tribe on Iceberg who taught to takeover Skaal. Out of all battle Skaal had ever faced, this was by far the most damaging one. Hundreds of people were lost to the blades of men who aimed to take Skaal. The battle went on for months. During the last battle Vali and his family fought well but Vali being less experienced nearly fell to the leader of the Gepids until his mother intervened and nearly lost her life in the process. When the battle was won Vali knew then that he had no thirst for war. Tristan too, realized that the constant warring had to stop and concluded that he would send his eldest son to Fiore in hopes of finding land unclaimed for the people of Skaal to settle to. Tristan wanted to escape the life of crimson rivers and seas of the dead. A year after the great battle with the Gepids Tristan sent Vali's older brother to go to Fiore with half of his army to negotiate something with the government so that they may settle. However, Tristan was met with news later that his son had fallen by the hands of Fiore's military. Filled with rage, Vali insisted that Skaal gather their allies and march upon Fioran soil to fight but his father was against it due to lack of men and Val's inexperience with leading. A couple years later and now Vali is granted permission by his father (after constant begging) to do what his brother could not with the company of Tristan's trusted brother to oversee, but Vali has unrevealed plans of his own.
