The spell duration has to be listed as sustain if the spell lasts any longer than the post its cast in.

Specify that you won't be able to exceed 5 meters in altitude from a horizontal surface.
If you choose to use the word "hover" for aesthetic purposes then specify a value to avoid confusion (example 1 cm, 2 cm).
