The idea that a supposedly noble organization was corrupt started to give Shimura headache. He joined the rune-knights so that he could serve a noble cause, and to make a name for himself separate from his father’s legacy. Furthermore, Shimura wanted to do good in the world and bring about justice to those who deserved it. If the knights were corrupted, then how was he supposed to make a change for the greater good? He couldn't help but wonder who else was corrupt, and how many people defiled the knight's great name? Before he would check in at the reception area, Shimura decided that he needed to grab him something to eat, so that he could get his mind off of somethings. The sun had barely risen above the sky when Shimura glanced out a window within the hallway that lead to the café, and the hallway was largely empty, save for some other early birds and guards.

Unsurprisingly, the doorway was closed. No doubt to get some privacy from other people, and to keep some secrecy within his office. Shimura would knock on the door and enter when he was given the okay. Captain Luxar was sitting behind his desk, which was packed high with paperwork. Shimura realized how fortunate he was not to be given that much paperwork, the perks of being unimportant. “Ah. Mr. Shigaraki." the captain would hum, not looking up from his paper work, Captain Luxar would gesture to the seat with his pen. Shimura would take it and after a moment in silence clear his throat.
"What are your reasons for joining the Rune-Knights?" The captains question would shock Shimura, just a little bit. "And please Mr. Shigaraki no sarcastic or sly comments, this is incredibly important."

Shimura would nod in agreement, the captain was right, corruption should not be tolerated. "What can I do Captain Luxar, I'm willing to wipe away the corruption at your command." Captain Luxar nodded and then turned to face Shimura. "I have been thinking long and hard as to what should be done about the corrupt knights, and I realize violent actions would only bred a violent response. For that reason, we must make an example of them without being overly ruthless. Insist that the three knights step down from their position, and if they do not apprehend them. Those that fail to resign will be shamed publicly and casted out of the knights. Understood?" Shimura nodded in agreement, reassuring that he understood his assignment and he then left for the city.

Unfortunately, the next knight did not behave in the same manner as the former. Shimura had caught him in the alley way, and when confronted the man made an attempt to flee. Which unfortunately, forced Shimura to pursue chase, luckily the alleyway led to a dead end and the man panicking ran into the wall. He was lucky that Shimura did not design to use his magic to subdue him, if only the Captain would have allowed him to execute these traitors, things would be a lot easier. Shimura would cuff the fallen knight, and instruct some other pages to take him to the Captain, where he’d be waiting punishment. The third fallen knight seemed to be of the same mindset as the other, and he attempted to flee as well. But since he accidentally tripped over some crates, allowing Shimura to arrest him swiftly and with minimum difficulty.
Shimura would then take them to the Captain, who was standing above a wooden platform in the center of town, he was jerk his head forward signaling Shimura to bring them to the platform. With his hands tightly around their arm, Shimura would force them to walk up the wooden stairs and onto the platform. Shimura would stand next to the Captain as Luxar would strip them of their cloaks and rip their badges from their shirts. The Captain would deliver a fancy speech about corruption and whatnot, and then reward Shimura for his help.
