Client:
Big Bro Akabo: An enforcer for one of the most prominent criminal elements in Hosenka, Akabo has been doing this sort of work for a long time. Despite not having been promoted a single time in years, Akabo is a consummate professional and a hands on manager. As an old hat, Akabo has seen everything in this business, and very little surprises him anymore; not the sheer idiocy of tourists, nor the ruthlessness that’s expected of mobsters like himself.

Summary: After the failed attempt to lure you in and remove you from Akabo’s support net, his patience ran out.  Tonight Akabo is making his move against Big Bro Kurobo, and he wants you there as support.  Kurobo has his own established support, and this kind of in-fighting isn’t typically allowed by Mob rules.  You’ll have to get in, do the deed, and get out fast.

Enemies:
Big Bro Kurobo: A long time rival of Akabo; or so he was when they first joined the Mob. Over the years, Kurobo has gathered numerous achievements, while Akabo has been overlooked and left behind. Akabo is typically very gracious about it, a quality which Kurobo mocks frequently. Kurobo is a very tall and large man: a trait that comes in useful to him as a sumo wrestler.

Objective: Break into Kurobo's headquarters and assassinate him with prejudice. This is scorched earth tactics; there can't be any witnesses left to point at Akabo as the culprit.

Details:

  • Create a topic in Crimson Quarter.
  • Meet with Akabo outside Kurobo's cabaret headquarters to discuss the plan.
  • Whatever is decided, Akabo will enter through the front with his own underlings to engage.
  • Find Kurobo in the VIP lounge and confront him.
  • Whether alone or with Akabo, take Kurobo down.
  • Ensure that none of Kurobo's underlings survives to throw Akabo under the bus.
  • Receive your reward from Akabo.
