Client:

Weirdlock Jones: Weirdlock Jones is a slim yet muscular man with a massive pompadour haircut. He always wears a dark blue kimono with circles and target patterns on it, as well as a blue, high-collared cape. Many consider Weirdlock as the greatest investigator in Hosenka. His investigative skills have placed many high profile criminals in Hosenka behind bars; criminals who managed to slip away every time due to lack of evidence. When Weirdlock Jones is on the case, no one will manage to walk away freely.

Summary: After your briefing about the Ouroborous tattoo, Weirdlock is now sure that the boss of the Black Dragons is behind the murders. He has read somewhere that the Black Dragons' boss has a similar tattoo on his body. Weirdlock wants you to confirm his theory by finding the Black Dragon's boss. He has provided you with a drug that should make the boss fall asleep. This would give Weirdlock enough time to break in their base and observe the body of the boss. The drug needs to be slipped in the tea before it is served to the boss in his chambers.

Enemies:

Black Dragon Goons: Other prospects of the Black Dragons. They still haven't received their tattoo and are trying to make a name for themselves to get truly recognized and receive their mark. These prospects are eager to engage into battle. They use different weapons such as baseball bats, chains, knives, and broken bottles. While they might not be strong on their own, they are still a force to be reckoned with as a group.

Yomu (Drunk): Yomu is a massive, round-figured man (evidently obese but claiming otherwise) with light skin and the underboss of the Black Dragons. His eyes are hidden by sunglasses. He reports directly to the boss of the gang. Yomu prides himself as being a lively entertainer amongst the gang, including performing his signature funky songs and dances to rally his subordinates. Being extremely dramatic, he tends to treat his position as his own personal show. While he might seem silly, he does not tolerate any disrespect

Objective: Slip the drug into the tea of the boss and get out.

Details:

Create a topic in Hosenka's Crimson Quarter.
Hang out at the gambling den which is controlled by the Black Dragons.
Wait till someone prepares the tea for the boss. Offer to deliver it to his chambers yourself to honor the boss.
Slip the drug into the tea.
Yomu will stop you and take the tea from you to deliver it himself.
Continue hanging out at the gambling den while Weirdlock slips in to observe the passed out body of the boss.
Yomu will suddenly scream that the boss is dead.
Yomu saw the boss gargle to death after sipping his tea. He blames you for it because you touched the tea before him.
The doors will get locked after Yomu screams. Escape Yomu and his subordinates to break free.
It is not necessary to truly defeat them as long as you manage to escape the gambling den.
Go to Weirdlock's office and explain the situation to him.
Weirdlock will explain that as he wanted to slip in, he saw Yomu killing the boss. Therefore, he could not investigate the body and eventually retreated.
