Once secure, he’ll tug the chain and cause it to retract, pulling himself towards the target at dash speed.

If it hits, the chain will instantly wrap around the closest limb to Mikajia, placing the target in a bind. He can begin pulling the target towards him by retracting the chain, pulling them at dash speed. The bind can be broken by the target if their strength is A-Rank or higher, or they spend the base equivalent mana cost of a B-Rank spell. Mikajia can also use this spell to grab and pull objects to himself.

He then makes a striking motion with his arm, causing a magic chain, 1 meter in diameter to appear and make a wide sweeping attack at the target. If it hits, the chain will deal B-Rank arcane damage and apply a bind; the larger chain splitting into four smaller chains at the point of contact, each smaller one 0.25 meters in width. The smaller chains will instantly snake over the target’s body and wrap around each of their limbs. Once the chains are in place Mikajia can tug on the chain, causing the four smaller chains to converge back into one larger chain with four smaller chains remaining, just around the target’s limbs, pulling the limbs together either in front of or behind them, depending on Mikajia’s location in relation to the target. The bind can be broken if the target’s strength is S-Rank or higher, or if they spend the base equivalent mana cost of an A-Rank spell.

Effect: Mikajia will place his hands on the ground, causing a gray magic circle to appear around his hands before a large grey magic circle, 4 meters in diameter, appears around him, centered on his location. Dozens of magical chains, 0.25 meters in width, will spread from his hands and cover the area within the large magic circle. As soon as someone walks within the field of chains, or comes within reach of the chains, in the air, nearby chains will lunge at and bind the target with an A-Rank bind, before pulling them down to the ground. If multiple targets enter the area, Mikajia will have to pay the mana cost per target bound. The binding can be broken if the target possesses S-Rank strength, or by paying the base equivalent mana cost of an A-Rank spell. Mikajia will pay the mana cost of the spell for each additional post the bind is maintained after the first post.

Should any part of his arm covered in chains, come in contact with the target he’s attacking, the chains will deal B-Rank arcane damage and leave behind a link of chain that will replicate and form a chain that starts to coil around the target’s body, placing them in an A-Rank bind. The chains will disappear from his arm once the target is bound. Mikajia will pay the mana cost of the spell for each post that the bind is maintained, after the first. The target can break free of the bind if they possess S-Rank strength, or if they pay the base equivalent mana cost of an A-Rank spell.

Effect: Mikajia opens and closes one or both of his hands, causing a gray magic circle to appear around his hands. A magic chain, 0.10 meters in width and 1 meter long will appear between his hands, or in each separately. While in combat, Mikajia can use these chains to grabble one or more limbs of his opponent. If the chains touch the target, they will instantly start coiling around whatever limb they touch, and begin coiling around the rest of the body, placing the target in an S-Rank bind. If the bind remains, Mikajia can then drag the target wherever he wishes. To keep the bind sustained Mikajia will need to pay the mana cost of the spell for each additional post after the first. The target can break free of the bind if they possess 2xS-Rank strength, or by paying the base equivalent mana cost of an S-Rank spell.

- Field: remove the "or is within 2 meters of the chains". That would mean the chains could go beyond the 4 meter diameter.

Edits made. I didn't mean for it to sound like the chains would reach past the 4 meter diameter, I was trying to state that so long as the target comes within range of the chains, even if they're flying, they could become a target of the chains. Hope my edit worked.
