Added the magic circle to the Mega-Elixer

I wasn't exactly sure how to go about the White Wind spell. I have the moving AOE enhancement, but since I can't sustain healing spells I don't think I can control the trajectory of it. I wanted an AoE healing spell that just moves forward for one post. I wasn't sure how to word that to accomplish it as the enhancement gives me Moving AOE but as you pointed out AoE's fall into specific rules. Assuming that spells when created do not add in the enhancements of the user unless that has changed?

Sorry, after discussion with other staff. Its been determine that The effects of moving AOE will come into play during the fight and should not be mentioned in the spell.

While I apologize that I'm asking you to remove the any mention of Moving AOE. I do believe it will make your spells a little more powerful in the future.
