Antoinette wasn’t at all excited to have to start from the bottom as a mage. She honestly thought she could just buy her way to the top and work from there, but alas that was not the case. She needed to do little jobs in order to get recognition and establish trust before she was able to take on the bigger ones. Having thought it through she was a little less annoyed and tried to not let it bother her. One of her very first assignments as a mage would have her standing outside the office of a man named Weirdlock Jones. Apparently this Weirdlock Jones was some sort of renowned investigator here in Hosenka. Opening the door to his office she stepped inside and felt herself physically cringe. Antoinette was a neat freak and the mess that she had the unfortunate displeasure of seeing with her clearly angry crimson orbs was almost enough to make her turn around and leave. “ This place is disgusting. “ Her voice should have been enough for Weirdlock Jones to greet her or something but no one was around to do that. Inching more inside of the office her eyes darted around to look for the man, calling his name out occasionally. She couldn’t believe that someone who was asking for help wouldn’t even be around to accept it. Rolling her eyes at the thought she kept on looking around the office, being careful not to knock over any of the piles of paper around and tip toeing around the trash.

Eventually Antoinette would find the man asleep behind a big pile of books in the corner of his office. “ Hey! I’m here for the job ya put up! So wake up already! “ Her voice held venom as she spat them out at him with a clearly annoyed tone. He heard her this time as he scrambled awake, getting to his feet fairly quickly and apologizing. He went on to say how much work he had gotten with all the gang turf wars going on in Hosenka and that he hadn’t been able to get much sleep since the death toll had risen due to it. Antoinette didn’t actually give a fuck about what happened to those people she didn’t know them but she entertained this man anyway and the two began to talk about the people of Hosenka and the things going on which led into a talk about Joya before Mr. Jones went in to explain that she would be needed in helping him clean his office. With all that’s been happening he had gotten overwhelmed in his work and now he was in this mess and couldn’t find anything. Antoinette understood and quickly got to work. It was amazing watching her take down the mess. She cleaned up the books and papers, organizing as she went and dusted, swept and mopped. It appeared from the notes on the ground that these gangs that were fighting were doing so for territory. It was so exhausting that these people were making such a mess of it but she didn’t care. It didn’t take long for her to finish cleaning and soon she was being paid and walking out of the office to find some more work.
