Effects

Morningstar: The user receives an extra 10% experience when completing Bad or Neutral quests.
Eternal Nightmare: Storyline quests where the user is a client do not initiate cooldowns for any participants of the Storyline. The user cannot earn rewards if they participate while acting as the client. This effect has a 3 month Cooldown, starting from the completion of the previous use. Lore involving storylines only require the user to have met the activity requirements if created in this way.
