Akuma starts his training by meditating, he is trying to gain control of his senses slowly. Slowly he gets the hang of it, feels all the air going in and out from his lungs, feels his blood stream all over his body, feels the micro movement from all of his muscles. Gaining full control of his own body brings him calmness and helps him to control his emotion as well, helping him to stop a chain of reaction or reflection if needed. After he can feel every detail of his body, Akuma stops meditating and starts his breathing technique, slowing down his breathing rhythm, slowing down his heart beat, and calming down. He tries to maintain this breathing speed and rhythm while doing something else, this would give him the ability to control all of his movement because of the constant calmness he got. He starts to prepare himself and gets ready while maintaining his breathing technique all the time. He takes a bath, wash his face, get dressed, and even sharpen his sword like how he usually does. Now that he is fully prepared himself and ready to go, he gets out of that room and now he sees the street, the whole view of the street.
