"I was a part of a clan. But they are all dead now. But I do tend to be a little aloof," he spoke calmly as he had made peace with that part of his life, for the most part. It had been a rough ride but the storm had passed. Although it begged the question if Kaito somehow knew that aspect of his life. "Have you heard much about other wind clans?" Kaz asked.
The small battle had ended quickly, and Kaito had shoved the man towards Kazimir. But the sorcerer was more interested in how Kaito would handle the situation. But equally, he assumed Kaito wanted to get a better idea of how the guild master operated. "Alright then deal. I'll get the info and then you decide what we do with it," Kaz smiled at Kaito and then to the thug.
"I don't have a whole lot of time so if you could just tell me what you're up to that would be great. Thank you," Kaz asked politely. The thug scuffed at the niceness but his hands were sweating, knowing Kaz's history as a rune knight.
Kaz sighed and placed a hand on the man's chest with wind magic building up around both their feet, " I don't want things to escalate if they don't need to. So if you don't know how to fly, you should tell us what we need to know," Kaz focused his gaze on the man.
"The float in the back of the parade. We meet back there to drop off the goods. We're just trying to make a living." Kaz looked over the man's shoulder and back to Kaito, "Alright. The case is yours. And then back to cookie delivery. What do you say?"
