Amir †
A church. Amir never believed his job hunting would drag him to one. At one point he thought that he had a better chance of winning a guild master position. He was not into any religion by a long shot. Even the good and evil ones felt like two sides of the same coin. They both moved to fulfill their own selfish desires. Still. Coin was coin. As long as they paid him he would deal with a haunted sandwich at this point. If only he did not blow his budget on books.

Pulling up to the church Amir felt okay. The spirits were said to be underneath the place. He could hear a slight moaning. He had to chalk it up to the spirits as he doubted a couple would be sinning on church grounds. Not that he wouldn’t do it if given the chance. He knocked on the door to get in. It was time for him to get to work.

A nun was the one to let Amir into the building. She looked like an elderly lady, who was just tired of the ghostly crap downstairs. The explanation she gave Amir was not even that long and was semi vague. The only thing she could say was to be careful not to piss them off. Her wording was much nicer but she did call them temperamental. The slightest thing could make them more chaotic which just meant more work for her. Her facial expressions did not hold much hope for Amir. He was unsure if the look was because he was young or unfamiliar with the place.

Amir was not afraid of the spirits. He was planning to try some of the various things he read in books. One of the things in them was bound to be able to help him out in situations like these. If not he could create his own conjectures and work from there. It was one of the few fun things about being a scientist.

Amir †
The spirit Amir came across was the spirit of an older looking man. The man started hurling insults as soon as he looked at Amir “You dark skinned bastard. This place is for people from Fiore only.” Amir raised his eyes in intrigue. He saw a lot of things since coming to Fiore. This was the first time he had experienced disrespect from a person from Fiore. Amir would have actually been offended if the man was actually alive. The fact that he was dead detracted from the situation.

Amir was getting ready to purify the ghost. He kept his cool with the spirit talking about his people and general other terrible things. The moment the ghost said something about his mom all gloves came off. Amir narrowed his eyes and glared at the ghost in question.

“Is that why you are dead? I guess you are a weak little person that only has the strength to run their mouth. If you were stronger you would not have been trapped or have any way to move yourself on.”

The spirit did not take too kindly to what it said. He moved onwards and started chaos with the other spirits. It made the situation more chaotic than needed. Amir had to call in the nun after. It took her assistance in order to get the situation under control
