Kaito had been working tirelessly to get the runes together they seemed to be able to sense each other and he hoped that he could get them into a safe pair of hands and protect them if he could from those that would seek to take them for evil purposes that would cause this country and the world as a whole more problems then was totally needed. He is out here in the outskirts in search of more of the runes that could come in handy for the future if he finds someone worthy of having the runes or gathering them all himself and making a wish he doesn't seek to make a wish on them but he knows that if he gathers them all he can indeed wish on them.
