Emil feels an extra pep in his step today as he gets up towards the rich man that has hired him today to get him a decent spot and to bring back a decent haul that will be worth his monies worth and not a jewel less, He makes sure that Emil gets his point that he will not accept a failure from a member of Paradise Dawn, and not one as lowly as Emil. Emil sort of wants to knock this man's teeth in but he has to think about the guild and how it would look if he was to do such an act as his guild seems to be trying to take the north by storm and in a way rule the flow of the battle here. He takes the request and he heads toward the mining town so he can head underground and start doing his job and he hopes that he can find a good vain fast so he doesn't end up being buried like he was last time by the people that had seen him as a threat to them.

Holly had followed him, as she was big and strong he guesses it makes sense but he is super careful and has her make sure that she is being careful as he doesn't want her to get sick or hurt while they are down here. He was being far too over protective and she flicked him in the forehead nearly knocking him on his backside, but he keeps his balance and he looks her in the eyes and she giggled at him as she was not scared of the fake fearsome eyes that Emil does to make himself seem far bigger then he is when really he is just an idiot with a love for fighting and a want to be a good father even if he is a bit of a hard head and some of his less charming traits are starting to rub off on the children whose mother is not pleased with his turn of events but knows they are part of him as well.

They enter the mine and she is looking around and staying on her toes incase any of these men thing they are man enough to even look in her way or dare to look at her funny as she is not gonna put up with their childish behaviors or doing petty things like trying to bury her here, she would tear one of their heads from their shoulders if they were to even dare to think of it. She was not one to be played with as she is a mama wolf and she is not one to be messed with as she looks at the walls as she follows her husband that looks like he is in deep thought as he examines the walls and uses a small tool to test for anything in the wall and if it shows a vain but there did not seem to be any luck with the first few test and tries but she believed in her husband and she knows he is hard headed enough to not give up with out finding something.

Emil walks into a part of the mines that looks in disrepair and was probably a dud line. Emil with Holly's help fixed the support beam and he pulls back and he punches forward into the side of the wall and he cracks it and then he and Holly begin to dig into the wall with the pickaxes and they break into the wall and they keep digging it forward and Emil has her rest for a bit cause she isn't use to this kind of labor and he doesn't want her to over do it as he is enough to dig this part as she had been doing well but in her time of being a stay at home mother and changing to a safer style of combat she had lost a small bit of her in the front lines edge that she use to have before getting married and taking the two years off being a full time mommy.

He knows that she can still hold her own in a fight just that she had been out of the fight a little longer then she was probably comfortable with but she was a prideful mommy and she worried so she wasn't quick to want to leave her babies behind with a sitter and go out into missions with her husband like she had use to do very regularly, she liked to watch him work and to stop him if he was getting too out of hand. Emil starts testing the wall and checking the vain strength and it seems this might be a very decent one but they were still at the shallow end of it and they get back to it following it as they dig and she is clearly out of shape for doing these kinds of things but she doesn't complain as she was nearly as hard headed as her husband and she had set her heart to see this through and she was not gonna hold him back and she keeps herself looking strong and she smiles.

They take another small break and Emil tests it and he thinks that they are around to being right on top of it and he gives his wife some shoulder rubs to help her relax and to help with her muscles to keep them from getting too sore with his strong hands and she gets a little red as no matter how dense he is, he is quite caring when he stops to focus for half a second and it is why she has always really liked him he was different than his father and how lucky she was that his father hand bonded them to his son instead of himself. She would have probably have been murdered when she was still young. Her husband always saw them more as friends then he did as things which his father hated but he knew it was a test of his son.

Emil laughs softly as he sits and he wipes sweat from his brow and he gets a drink and he is dusty, he looks to her with a smile and he speaks. "Seems you still got it huh?" He was teasing her and she went full blush and she turned from him as she took a drink with a sharp hmpf sound to his comment and Emil laughs knowing she isn't really mad at him and that he knows this has been rougher on her than she was willing to let him know and he knows he well enough to know that she will recover quickly and she will come back stronger for it as she has done since they were children. Emil being done with his break gets a special bag ready and he gets to mining and trying to collect pieces that will prove that it was a worth while trip and his wife Holly rejoins him and she was not gonna be out done by him here today.

They do well as a team keeping the other motivated as they break the earth and gain the precious things that it held for them and he was not gonna give up till they had enough to pay the guy back at least three times over and he had Holly mark off the area for the rich man to find it and be able to get back to it and to crack and break newer ground to go deeper in and Emil hoped that this man will remember them in the future if they are found in need of a job done and if he can be of help and he needs to cut the rest of the crap from the shiny that is coming like a decent flow of water from the wall and he can keep this up if it was really gonna come down to it he could pull an all nighter to get it perfect.

They start to collect the bags and other equipment and they start to make their way out toward the opening of the mine and they are dirty and dusty but they are happy and sore from a days hard work like they use to do and enjoy years ago and not just throwing their magic at everything making it come so easy to them as it did when they were younger and more spring in their step, and Emil wonders how Kaito does missions like these alone and he wonders if Kaito even has friends out side of his guild mother. He figures Kaito must work doubly hard and that is why is one of the more well known of the mages in this country and he wonders if he might ever be able to be counted among them or if he was more meant to just be stuck here in the lower ranks of the mages like he is. He shakes it off as he breaks the thresh hold of the mans place. Holly and Emil hand over the bags and the mans eyes go wide, he had clearly not expected this block head to be so useful, he quickly has them paid and on their way he is gonna for sure keep them in mind and hope they can yield these kind of results regularly for him.
