Magharedes' Runes


While traveling through this area, you begin to feel a strange sensation all over your body. As you look around to find the source of this feeling, you cannot seem to pinpoint its origins directly. Depending on where you stand, the feeling becomes either stronger or completely disappears. Using this as a guide, you eventually manage to find what has been trying to draw you in towards itself: Magharedes' Blood Rune. It is said that when all five Blood Runes are collected, the user can communicate directly with the entity to wish for something. Though, the collection comes in the form of tribute to the entity itself. Blood must be spilled. Still interested in becoming both predator and prey?

Conditions


  • Users may perform a post in the topic and roll once per 24 hours in an attempt to claim the Blood Rune until it has been claimed by someone.

  • Should the user roll higher than 50, they will acquire the Blood Rune and become ineligible to acquire another until the Blood Battles begin. This is when all five Blood Runes have been acquired through the rolls.

Yuurei had heard about these things called Blood Rune. Throughout the three years that he had been out of the forest, he had been learning about Fiore. It wasn’t just Fiore that he had learned about, but the other countries that he had visited. While learning about anything and everything he could, that is where the stories of the Blood Runes were discovered. There were rumors of sightings of a rune within Worth Woodsea. This was enough for him to go and check it out with Renji by his side.

The two of them moved through the forest. It was a tricky place to navigate, but he was hoping that today would be a good day for the forest to be good to him and his Exceed. The Nephilim traversed throughout the forest for a while wondering if he had luck or if he was going to be here for a while looking for a Rune.

There wasn't much Khalfani ever really wanted these days, but they did know that they had an obligation to be the very entity the world needed. It was for that reason that they were on a hunt for something magical, something different, something unique. In fact, it was also something they didn't quite understand. As they strolled through Worth woodsea, they began to feel a strange and pulling sensation. It pulled them at first to the left, then it pulled them to the right, but through Gaia's blessing, they had an extra sense that made it easier to pinpoint just where exactly this feeling was trying to take them. Whatever it was, it was most likely the same thing they had been hunting. The Godsblood walked towards a bush before crouching over it, slowly expanding their arm forward to reach for whatever was inside of it. If they were right, this is where they were being pulled.

It had been awhile since Jikan had heard about these items. Many years ago she had found herself waling in the plains and fields of Fiore and happened upon one of them. At the time she had no knowledge of said items only seeing them as just a simple rock. But, holding the item after some time had passed, Jikan could feel that there was some sort of mana in time, a type of magical power.

However, to her displeasure she never got the chance to look into the rock in her possession and see what the rock was. For she answered a request to meet with people in Orchidia. And due to the reputation and bounty of a fellow she found herself dragged into a battle before being defeated and dragged off to prision in central Fiore. She had a minor bounty on her head at the time and so she was taken in. Meaning her items were taken and sadly, when she broke out she did not find the rock among them. Likely someone knowing what the object was took it.

And many years after she could see why. Collect enough of these rocks and one could make a wish. One, that from the word of mouth seemed to have no limits in its potential. Walking in Woodsea, Jikan feels a familar presence, trying to look and find the orign.

The informant had heard about something very old yet very new being taken out of the Woodsea but normally he wouldn't care about something like this but something was about didn't sit right with him. Azure wasn't a stranger to blind investigations at this point in their line of work, though normally they would end up leading to nothing of major note he hoped that this time would be different to some extent. Advancing deeper into the woods Blue started to slowly hear his summons voices fade from his mind, What could be so special that would require so much work to find? he asked himself. Without even realizing what was going on a strong mystic aura surrounded him, it didn't really have a sinister feel to it but it was definitely something that need to be found. 

He tried to follow it but given that it was covering such a large area pinpointing it would prove to be a challenge even for him. It was odd as normally his summons would have started to share their input on the current matter but they had gone silent which never happens.
