Silver City PT.1 (Neutral)

Yuurei


Yuurei and Renji were in Myras City and while he was there, it would seem like a lot of people knew him. This was good, but bad at the same time. The light mage had come here to sight see, but he was about to get a job in a bit. He remembered the last time he had come here was when they were going to fight Ansem, but now he was in the South for a different reason. He made his way through the Middle district as he felt like he would be weird going through the silver district right now. Still, that wouldn’t even matter because he would have someone approach him.

He was trying to mind his business, but soon enough he would have them stand right in front of him. He would stop moving as he would look at them waiting for something to be said to him now.

The Nephilim waited and they would look at him with a smile on his face.

“I’m here because my master wants you to be their bodyguard for the day. We heard that the famous Yuurei was in the city, and my master figured it would be a waste if he didn’t get you to be his bodyguard for the day. He will pay you well, he just wants to go to the lower district.” He said to Yuurei.

Yuurei heard his words, and he would nod a bit as he would rub his chin for a few seconds.

“So, your master is scared of the people in the lower district? I can’t blame him; he probably acts like an ass around them. Still, if he is going to pay me, I guess I will make sure nothing bad happens to them then. Take me to them.” He said to the servant.

Yuurei

When the man heard that Yuurei agreed to this, he would be delighted, and he knew that his master would be too. Yuurei would follow the guy as he started leading the two of them to their next destination. Renji couldn’t believe this was happening, but at the same time, they were always willing to make jewels.

It wouldn’t take long, but there would be a rich guy with a bunch of other people who were ready to protect him. Still, it seemed like even with all these people, he wanted Yuurei still. The servant would go to his master and he would speak to him as he would look over at Yuurei excited to see him.

“Ah, Yuurei I’m so glad you could come here. With you here, I doubt anybody within the lower district will try to do anything. I know now that I can shop in peace and without worry.” He said to Yuurei.

Yuurei would chuckle when he heard this but was glad to get some easy jewels from this guy. He would look at him and he would let him know that he was ready to get this show on the road.

“Well, that’s good that I’m here. I won’t let anything bad happen. So, we can go to the district, and you can do whatever you were going to do down there. Still, one thing we don’t do with me around is to atagonize the people there, attack or assault them. I will protect you from anything being done toward you though.” He said to him as they were going to roll his way or the highway.

His client would hear this and he wanted to say something, but he would bite his tongue instead and allow his rules to go through.

“Alright then, now that it is all set, let’s go some shopping in the lower district.” He said as they would start moving.

Yuurei

Yuurei would move now as he would be the man that was behind his client. He was making sure that he could see everything that was happening while the guy would move through the place. It would be the only way he would be able to react and catch anybody trying to attack. He also knew he was quick enough to stop anything bad from happening to the client.

Renji was right by his partner’s side as they were making their way to the lower district. It wouldn’t take them long to get there as it wasn’t too far from where they were. There he would see people different than those from the middle district and from the guy that hired him. They would look over to see the rich man and would look at him with disgust. They would see the number of people that were around him and would leave him alone. Then they saw Yuurei and smile at him and waved at him as if they even knew who he was.

Yuurei

When they noticed that he was with the rich guy it hurt them because he was working for him. It would seem like the guy must have been giving this man a lot of jewels, if he was using him for a bodyguard job. They would wave at Yuurei though as they were happy to see him, and once he would wave back at them, they would walk away as they didn’t want to make the man’s job harder than it needed to be.

He was smiling the entire time because he saw how nice the people were to him. Still, he would look over at his client and he wondered how he would act if he wasn’t around. They would move through the area as it seemed like he was looking at the merchants that were doing their best to make a living. While they were walking through the place, it would seem like something would catch his client’s eyes.

When they got to the merchant’s table, it would seem like he had a bunch of things to sell. Yuurei wasn’t going to look even though he wanted to. He would look around to make sure that nobody would get too close to the man. Renji, on the other hand, didn’t care about the guy. He would look at everything the guy had to offer, and it would seem like it was a lot of rare stuff. Hell, the merchant didn’t even look like he was from around here. Still, it would seem like the people here didn’t mess with him. Yuurei would just keep his eyes focused on his surroundings.

The people would get close, but then they would see Yuurei and would walk away. It would seem like they were aware of who he was, which was a good thing. The man would look around as there were a lot of interesting things here that could only be found in these types of places.

Yuurei kept looking and it would seem like nobody was going to bother this man while he was around. That was good, and it would seem like the people here were sane after all. This was good as he would continue to be on guard though. He knew that there would be people who would try without seeing who was protecting the man. It would take a couple of minutes, but his client would pick out a few things to buy from the merchant. The merchant would bag it all up for the client, and then one of the other bodyguards would grab it.

That was smart because you never knew who was out to get their client. His client would look over to Yuurei with a smile on his face as he had planned to do more things down here. They would all be on the move again, and Yuurei would follow them as he was in the rear to make sure he would stop anybody the others couldn’t see.

Yuurei kept walking and Renji would move back to Yuurei as they were looking around. While they were doing that it would seem like they were getting to an area where a lot of thugs were hanging around. This wasn’t good because he knew one of them would do something. While they were walking the thugs would see the man from the silver district and he would come from the side. Of course, he wasn’t alone in this as the others would make a move.

“Hey give me your jewels, you don’t belong here, so how about you give me everything you got.” He said as they were taking out weapons.

Yuurei would shake his head as it seemed like they did notice him. That wasn’t good, and he would dash toward the man who was closest to the client, he would grab him by the back of his head, and would slam to the ground, and knock him out.

The thugs would see one of their own be taken out without a worry, and they would get ready to fight the person who had done this. They would look over to see the pretty boy and soon enough their eyes would widen when they saw who it was. Still, they couldn’t back down from this fight, and it was because they had already steadied their course of action. The thugs there hesitated to attack, and Yuurei would see this. Still, he knew that he was getting paid for this. He would see them coming, and he would parry their attack, and then soon after he would knock them out with one punch to the abdomen.

“Behind you.” Renji would say this, but he knew the cape would tap his back on the right side.

Yuurei would sidestep to his left, and he would pivot his right foot to turn, and he would punch the next thug onto his chest. That was a simple jab that would also knock the man off his feet and onto the ground.

When the other thugs saw this, they would grab the unconscious thugs and they would run off. They knew they couldn’t beat this guy from the beginning. Still, they had tried and failed. It was now their time to run. When the client saw this he was impressed with Yuurei’s strength and ability to protect him without effort. He would continue walking as his trip down here was enough for the day. The group would make it back to the silver district without anybody else bothering them.

It wouldn’t take long for their arrival to be met. His client would look at Yuurei and walk over to him with a serious look on his face.

“I’m glad you were here today. It was a simple and easy trip because of you. So, with that being said here is your reward.” He said this to Yuurei as he would hand him his jewels.

Yuurei would feel the weight and knew it was exactly what he was supposed to get paid. After that, he would go his separate ways from the man.
