Due to two abilities on my custom item being revamped(to T5) in the Forge system, my item Devil's Promise requires a rework.(Even though they are still listed as T4 in the Forge system- might wanna fix that).
The abilities modified in question are as follows. i will repost the item with revisions.
  • Elevated Running Speed: The user may reach full running speed within 2 seconds instead of the normal 4 seconds. This effect can not be stacked.
  • Devil's Dance: The user does not need to halt after lunging. This does not allow them to dash more times than they are able according to their constitution.

The visual aid of the spell is this- As the user dashes or lunges, the area within range loses all pigmentation, becoming a world of black and purple. The overwhelming presence of a greater devil(Zalambur) invades this space and denies safety to everyone but the user. Players knocked back must pay equal rank(S) mana to resist knockback but they lose all momentum. Players with double the STR stat of the spell may break free of the spell as if nothing happened.
    1. Modifiers- Bind: Those within the range of the spell feel the pressure of the greater devil(Zalambur) and become immobilized for 1 post by the devil's magic after the knock back effect.

Hey Nana~ For the signature spell of your first item you'll need an actual spell motion, for example: Kicking the ground, lunging or dashing does not qualify as a spell motion.


I see that you took inspiration from the Punisher for Rapid-fire, but Rapid-fire has a way less potency (since you need at least 3 cooldown to be able to fire a B-rank twice, which is far less in potency than a S-rank.

Here is the perk for comparison:

Rapid Fire: Spells attached to the Punisher with a cool-down of 0 may be recast in the same post. Each recast causes the spell to increase in cool-down by 1 post.


Finally:

As the trigger is pulled a number of spell circles erupt from the numerous barrels of the gatling gun. Each spell circle is purple in color, overlaps one another in the center of the barrels' frame. Out of these magic circles, 4 by 4(Diameter) sized purple shrieking skulls appear that hunt after their prey. Each shrieking skull made splits the power of the spell. 16= D, 8= 1 C rank damage each, 4 = 1 B rank damage each, 2 = A rank damage each, and 1 = S rank damage. The intended amount of shrieking skulls must be summoned and stated in the post at the same time. When all of the skulls are used, the spell will go on cool down. The skulls can be guided after the spell is casted either in groups or individually by hand motions of fingers or hand(s) for the cost of 1000 mana instead of 500. Once all the skulls have been used the spell will go on cooldown.
