Effect: The user selects a target within their range and uses the Sleep spell on them without any motions. The target may then roll a dice to try to counter the spell in their reply post. If the target rolls above 90, they will be hit by drowsiness instead and debuffed in all their stats for 20% for the remainder of the topic. The user does not have to pay a sustain cost for this. The user may add every 100 points that they have in Intelligence to their roll, however, this number must be divided by 10. Therefore, if the user rolls 70, but has an Intelligence of 344, the 344 will add 30 points to the roll and prevent them from falling asleep. If the target does fall asleep, the user may not claim any fight rewards from them nor may they maim them. Instead, the user may immediately collect the bounty or contract placed on their head since they are incapacitated for the remainder of the topic, The bounty or contract claim must be in line with whether the user can actually claim a bounty or contract. Furthermore, the spell can be used to safely retreat from a topic or diffuse a situation. The spell cannot be used to obtain Blood Runes. This cannot be nullified. This spell cannot be used for 30 days after the last topic in which it was used has been left by the user.
