Kaito

Kaito walks up to the board once again to gain a new mission and a request seemed to jump out at him and it was a bigger one than he is use to but he was going to take it on as he needed to make sure that he kept his jewels stacking up and ready to be used for what ever might come up and this list of things in the building is kind of crazy as it lists, rats, the blanket term of monsters, armed people, and a wyrm in there. Kaito is not sure he will be able to handle this but he was going to call in all of the team members he had as this was a huge under taking and he has no idea what might be waiting for them in the underground and he wished that he was smarter about this. He made his way to the place and it seemed to be more of a challenge than he had first thought.

Kaito

The man there greets them and he hands Kaito a map of the dungeon he is looking to clear out for them so he can use the space for an under ground farm and other things that might be a little less legal but this city was hailed over by a dark guild so Kaito can't really talk about morals and other things when he needs to make sure that he just does the job of clearing it out as what happens after he cleans it out is none of his business just for him to clear the levels and not let himself be thrown off by what it was going to be used for. His team follows him into the dungeon and they were not going to let Kaito down but they knew this was going to get rougher the lower they go as any good dungeon does and they have no idea what fighting a wyrm is going to be like but they know it is a type of lesser dragon so keeping Kaito fresh is going to be a good thing for when they get to that final step and have to face that monster.

Kaito

The first level they were faced with a large swarm of rats and that was not going to be too bad but these rats didn't seem normal and they were throwing rocks and weapons at Kaito and the team and Kaito helps to defend them and then he runs in on them and starts fighting as well, these rats seemed smarter and he wonders if there was really any reason that they would be like that or if he was just thinking they were maybe trained rats and maybe they had just simply adapted to the adventurers and mages that had come before him and his team as they seemed to know where and how hard to strike to cause distractions and use the openings to attack. His team is beginning to whittle the Rats numbers down with his help and they find a door that leads them to the next set of stairs going down and Kaito walks down first so that he can make sure that it is safe for the others to come down and he watches for traps and he disables the ones that he finds so that the others run nearly no risk of injury.

He signals them to make their way down the stairs and they meet up with Kaito who already is fighting Vampires as the signal had seemed to have set off a a great awakening in the room at the end of the starts and the team mates with light spells on items or as their magic to shine it on the vampires to make them back up and the vampires did retreat to the room at the bottom of the stairs and Kaito went after them and the room was filled with magical darkness so the light spells wouldn't help, Kaito taps the side of his temple and his mana vision kicks in and he can see runes around the room on the walls and he sees the vampires lurking in the darkness sizing them up and Kaito barks orders to the others where to aim their attacks so not to hit each other or to hit the runes as well to try and cause the darkness to lift so that they can see and fight the vampires.

Kaito

The vampires turn toward Kaito as they know he can see and they start firing darkness spells at Kaito as he dodges and fires arcane beams back at them as they move around but Kaito was being smart about where he aimed so if they dodged he was hitting the runes that were giving off the magical darkness that was covering the room. He knows they all have to be broken to get it to lift but him breaking some means that is less his blind friends have to attempt to hit and Kaito warns them about vampires closing in on their left and that the names he spoke need to be ready to hit them as they came through and not hit each other. His team follows his orders and they hit the vampires while the other side hits the remaining runes lifting the darkness then it turned into his team vs the vampires and he find the next way that they need to go once they get out of this area and he wonders if the next area is filled with werewolves if this one was filled with vampires as it said monsters and not really just vampires.

Kaito fired off a few more beams of arcane energy to try and hit the vampires that weren't expecting it as Kaito had moved past them so they had thought that Kaito was just going to move on with his friends which wasn't going to happen but they hadn't known that when this had started and he helped them cut through the vampires like they were nothing and he hopes that the next floor wasn't full of werewolves or by the end there is not going to be anything left in anyone's tanks as those are nasty and quite resistant and will be harder to knock down depending on if there was a large amount of them, they reach the next room and it was indeed werewolves and Kaito sighs as he runs in and the werewolves react to try and stop him before he can hit them as they seemed as well use to people fighting them.

There were scars on some of them that had survived attacks from before and now Kaito wished he had made sure those vampires on the upper floor were all actually dead and that their wasn't any survivors t hat can attack them on the way out but for now Kaito doesn't have time to worry about if they were dead or not as he and his team were fighting a quite massive amount of werewolves but they were not lowering their heads nor were they going to give up as they go at the end they take a moment to rest and Kaito makes sure that all of the werewolves are dead as he wasn't going to take a chance at getting ambushed on their way out as he was already tired and unsure fi they should keep going forward as it was and he sits with them to enjoy a bit of a break and a snack before they head on further in to the next zone which might be more monsters or it might be the armed men.
