Description: These otherwise unassuming handcuffs provide those who wear their innate abilities to improve their binding effects.

Extra


Requirements:
  • The user must be a Spellhowler

Drawbacks:
  • The user can not be buffed while Handcuffs are being used.

Effects


  • Weakened Restraint: While being bound by the user's spells, the target's strength is reduced by one tier
  • Reduced Fortitude: Upon being struck by a binding spell the target loses all resistances including those from races, transformations and passive effects, this lasts up to two posts and may be reapplied with further binding spells. This effect can not be purged or nullified.
