Durability: 3x S-Rank.

Details


Description: Inherently vain by nature, Vampires in their long life mistake their longevity for immortality, however, some seek to leave a lasting impression upon as was the case with the creation of the Everflow, the representation of vampirism distilled into a staff through a fountain full of blood constantly spilling and dripping onto whoever wields it all while drinking from them.

Measurements: The everglow is a top heavy staff roughly 1.5 meters in length, with roughly three quarters of it be composed of the shaft while the final third is makes up the fountain portion.

Bonus:
  • Intelligence: +100


Drawbacks:
  • Blood Sacrifice: Spells cast through the Everflow always demand a blood sacrifice causing the user to take damage equal to three ranks lower than the spell rank at a minimum of 1x D-Rank per spell cast, this damage can not be reduced by resistances.
  • Thirst: The Everflow will constantly deal damage to the user regardless of whether they are casting or not equivalent to receiving 1x A-Ranks worth of damage per turn, this damage can not be reduced by resistances. This effect is reduced when the user is a vampire causing them to instead receive 1x B-Ranks worth of damage per turn.

Effects


  • Vampirism incarnate: Debuff and Offensive Spells cast through the Everflow cause the user to receive lifesteal equivalent to two ranks lower than the spells rank, sustained debuffing causes the user to be healed for three ranks lower.
  • Bloody Healer: Healing Spells from Clerics cause lifesteal to the user when dealing damage to enemies is equivalent to two ranks lower than the rank of the spell.

    Cooldown: Once Per Month
    Duration: Sustain
    Effect: Drawing up the Everflow into the sky, the blood that was taken from the user through the Blood Sacrifice and Thirst begins to transfer from it into dark clouds filled with blood before falling upon everything in the area dealing damage equivalent to the amount caused to the user up to 2x S-Rank. This damage also impacts the user and will be stored toward the Blood Rain allowing them to sustain the effect and deal damage as long as they maintain the mana cost and continue to receive damage.
