Description: Worn by the vicious and bloodthirsty warrior, Leopold de Bourbon, the chains garnered a fearsome reputation as an instrument for his self-determined justice used during the Minstrel-Caelum and Minstrel-Desiertian conflicts, Leopold proved himself countless times over being able to restrain and dominate their enemies. A loyal servant of the Minstrel army, Leopold continued to serve the ruthless military until a warrior from the North swiftly ended his tyranny, even after his death Leopold's presence still lingered in Minstrel for centuries as his gauntlet was inherited through the de Bourbon family.

Effect


  • Chains of the Untold: Binding Spells from the user when cast through the hand causes the user to be able to channel a spell through them unless the target removes the binding spell.
  • Tracking Bind: Binding Spells from the user when cast through the hand are capable of homing at a target.
  • Wrapped up Tight: When casting a binding spell through the Gauntlet of Chains, the user may select an alternative attribute that the target must match or exceed in order to break the binding, if the user does not state which attribute they want to use, it will default to the one stated in the spell.

    Effect: The user may launch the chain bound around the Gaunlet of Chains at an opponent binding them in place, unlike traditional binding spells in order to break out of the Mind over Strength, the target must have an intelligence that exceeds the users or pay double the base mana cost of Mind over Strength.
