Drakkon was in his room in Joya when all of this was happening. He had only been informed by the members of his clan. The top brass of the Yakuza family had informed him of what was happening within Joya. The son of chaos was a necessary evil, but allowing children to be harmed by something they had no control over was not something he would allow. It seemed like there was a castle that might have been causing all of this that was high in the sky. He was surprised he had not seen it before, but it didn’t matter.

There was a village that was specifically being affected by all of this, and Drakkon had decided to go with Hai to check it out. He let the members of the Dragon Order know what was going on, and he wanted them to help out the Joyan people to solve this. The Dragon Slayer had made his way to the village, and he could feel the dread that was misting through the village. When he got there, it seemed like an older man had been waiting for the arrival of someone to save them. He approached the man without hesitation.

Drakkon understood from the information, that whatever was going on was possessing the children and that was it. His agreement with the Shogun was that he was allowed to do what he wanted, but he couldn’t do a few bad things. Other than that, he was fine, and helping the future of Joya was one of the things he chose to help out with.

“Hey, can you tell me how I can help? I heard bad things are going on in your village right now.” Drakkon had said this as the man’s eyes widened with hope filled in them.

“Please you have to help us, our children are going around, destroying things and attacking people with weapons. We don’t know why it’s happening, but they need to be stopped, but if you can't don’t kill them.” He pleasded with Drakkon.

Drakkon nodded instead of his usual smile on his face to show he didn’t care.

“No problem I will walk around and see what I run into.” He said to the man as he wondered if he would be doing this alone or if someone would join them.

Carmina had got a summons from her guild master and headed for the place that the man had put in the order to the members. She was not sure where she was going as she had never been in Joya before but she used the locals to lead her and she was able to make it there after a bit of time as she retraced some paths as well as she had someone how got off of the right path but she walked into the town Rey was resting but was close by so if she needed him she could call on him and he would answer so he could help them fight but Carmina had hoped that they wouldn't have to use him as the poor guy had been through a lot as of late and she would feel bad to keep pushing him so hard like she had been doing.

Carmina over heard a part about not killing the children but she was not sure how children would be that scary but sparing children is something that she could do though she had to wonder how dangerous they could be if they were smaller children but that also meant they could attack from places that might not be expected or ambush attacks so she was going to have to be careful as she was not sure that she could hold back some of these spells she has so because she was unarmed she was going to have to do it carefully or to use unlethal force against them if she could help it but again she was not sure that she could as the spells come of strong and she can't control that but she would have to figure something out as she was not going to disappoint her guild master.

She looked around and listened to see if could hear anything to prove there were children around and that they might be attacking or hitting anything around them though she was not seeming to see or anything yet but she would make the most of the time they have to think up a plan and she took a stick and started drawing what looks like traps so they could catch them though she was not sure that it will work but she had to try and not fail.

Drakkon had started moving, he was looking around to see where these kids were. It seemed like things were quiet in the village. The people who lived here were hidden away in their homes as they knew it was bad to be out there. The Dragon Slayer could feel the vibration of a lot of people behind doors. He wasn’t sure which one was the possessed kids, or just regular people hiding away.

He was on guard as always and he had his hand on the handle. Things weren’t happening though and it seemed like either the children that were here were waiting for an opportunity to attack or they had left the area. It was then his dangerous sense kicked in and he saw something coming out of the shadows. His eyes widened as the kid that came after him was quick on his feet and was holding a sickle in his hand. It seemed like he was ready to carve Drakkon up.

The son of chaos had unsheathed his Yamato and he brought it up to the child. It was then he had blocked the attack with his own katana. His eyes looked at the kid as he could see in the boy’s eye. It seemed like there was nothing left of the kid right now. Whatever was within him was making sure that he couldn’t fight back. That was sad, and it was disappointing to see kids going through something like that.

“These kids are too young to be going through such chaos at their age right now. I don’t think you need to be in their body. I ask that you leave their body and fight like the real thing you are.” He said as the creature growled at him and tried to scratch his face.

He dodged the attack with ease he parried the attack and then spun around and slapped the kid with his Yamato, but it was reversed. It was strong enough to knock the kid out on the floor. Whatever was possessing the child though had left the body as Drakkon was ready to pierce the kid's body. It didn’t want to perish, and it left as Drakkon had feinted that attack and stopped right before he pierced the kid.

Carmina moved in on a group of the children as she was going to bait them to a place that she could try and trap them and that was just her plan A her plan B was to confront them and disarm them but that was dangerous as she was unarmed and the stick she had while thick was not going to be able to take many hits from the attacks of the children with their actual weapons and farming tools she was going to keep pushing herself to be better and do better here but she knows that she lacked the strength to really make a dent in the problem with the people around her hiding and her unarmed so she lead them into the alley way and then pointed her arm out toward them and mini defensive spells appear around the children forcing them to a smaller standing so the had no room to move or be able to hit the shields that had just consumed them. She knew this was a band aid fix for now but she was going to have to leave them like this for a bit.

She went back out into the city to look for Drakkon and see what his thoughts were about these creepy children that were doing their worse to harm someone and some of them were using ambush tactics and it was not something that she was expecting them to be able to do but she was going to just keep pushing and doing what she can as there was much yet to be done here to stop the children without killing or harming them too badly but she was not sure how to fix or find a way to fix this happening and she needed to figure something out to help them.

She was not sure if Drakkon can hear her or not but she spoke out. "I've caught four of them in an ally for now have you figured out how we can break the hold on them? Holy water or something?" She was not sure for what they could do but she knows that she needed to make the most of the time she had but she doesn't think she has anything that could be useful in this situation just her using spells and hoping for the best if she was lucky maybe she would be able to figure something and that is when she heard the sounds of more child sized feet.

Drakkon was ready to move around and find more of these kids. He wasn’t sure how many of them had been affected by whatever was happening, but here he was doing a job he wouldn’t normally do. While he was thinking about where to go though, his ear twitched and he looked in the direction where the voice had come from.

He looked over to Carmina and he could hear and read her lips. It seemed like she had caught four of them right now. That was good to hear and when she asked how they would be able to get the kids back to their normal self, he had a smirk on his face.

“I don’t think that would work, but you could try that if you want. I think showing intent to kill brings whatever has control over them to leave their body. Have a kid become unconscious and show the thing your intent to kill will probably do the trick. It’s what I just did and it worked.” He said to Carmina, hoping that would be good enough to understand.

Still, at least he knew where to go now. There were four kids in an alleyway, ready for him to take them out and bring four of them to their senses. He walked over to the direction where she was and then he would go into the alleyway that she would speak of. When he got there, he could see that the four kids were doing their best to break it, and he shook his head. It was then he could see that it was slowly breaking. He cracked his head as he was stuck in a small area, so he couldn’t just use both of his swords to attack them.

His Enma was enough, and he held it with two hands. It was then he would swing at the thing holding the kids as he figured that Carmina would put it down. He hit one of the kids on the shoulder and they fell to the ground unconscious. The other kids fell to the ground and got up as they looked over to Drakkon and Carmina ready to kill them and attack them if they could.

“It seems like this is going to be interesting. Still, just because they are kids don’t let your guard down.” He said to her Carmina as he was ready for their attacks.

Carmina heard the man saying they need to scare the possession out of them which to her makes no sense but possession of children also makes no sense to her so she was not going to say anything bout it as she needed to just do it if her master says so then he must do it and make the most of it. When her master came hurrying over she opened the barriers so they could so what must be done to them and she takes on the visage of someone that would harm a child even if she didn't have that kind of dog in her she was pushing herself to go and do this as she was sure that she had no other choice but to do this and hope that she can actually scare what ever it was out of them. She made her move on one of the children heeding her masters words to be careful and she lifted the child up against the wall and her eyes glowed with a radiant energy and she fired beams of light form her eyes that hit beside the child that went fully limp in her hands.

It seemed that it worked and the possessor left the child's body. "It seemed that you are right Guild master Drakkon. I hope this will keep working or we might be in trouble as that means we will have to do risky measures." She was not sure what that meant but to her that sounded cool to say so she said it as she was needing to try and make herself look good at the moment so she could remain by this man's side and him not just abandon her like she was garbage on the side of the road and she went after the second child that attacked her first and just barely missed her cheek and Carmina took that personally as they had aimed for her face which was probably her only redeeming quality and probably why Drakkon had actually recruited and took her under his wing as there was nothing else that was really good about her other than her looks as she was weak and her magic unreliable. She grabbed the child and did the same thing again and the child went limp again from the fear and she put the child down on the ground then looked over to Drakkon to see how his went.

Drakkon didn’t think it would work when he had done it as well. Still, it was something he attempted to do earlier, and it had positive results. Still, with all the kids here, they had to take them out and make sure that they were no longer possessed by whatever it was. It was their current job right now, and he was hoping that after this was over, they could gather more information about the situation at hand.

It was then a two of them had rushed over to Drakkon and were trying to cut him. The Dragon Slayer saw this and he moved around dodging their attacks. His eyes moved side to side to see who would be the one to attack next. This was interesting, they were kids, but they were quick on their feet, and he could only assume they were strong. Still, they lack the endurance to take on a hit.

“That’s good to know, we just have to do this to these kids, and hopefully, this is it.” He said to Carmina.

It was then that he would push one of the kids away when he saw the chance to. His shoulder pushed him away and then he looked over to the other kid, and he swung his blade at him. He would knock him out as he hit him on the shoulder. When he saw the child falling, he would combo the attack as he flipped the blade, and brought it back and towards the side.

The possession saw this guy meant to kill the child just to kill him. That wasn’t good, they were just a form of distraction, and they were hoping to use these kids as sacrifices for later. It would leave the kid’s body as Drakkon’s blade was right on the kid’s arm. He had full mastery of his blade, so he was able to stop as he looked at the other child.

He had gotten up slowly as he was not happy with what was going on here. Drakkon cracked his neck a bit and figured that Carmina could handle this one.

“I wonder if are these the only kids that are possessed. Are there only five of them that had been affected? I should have asked our client when I had the chance.” He said as he grabbed the unconscious bodies.

While he did that, the other one rushed toward him ready to attack Drakkon.

Carmina was not sure if they were the only children but she doubted it as this place seemed to have populate that one would think that it would warrant more than a few children like this as she was not a super smart woman but she figures at minimum there should be at least ten to fifteen children but maybe some of them weren't effected and that would be nice but such things are probably not the answer so she was going to have to keep her guard up and when she saw the other going for Drakkon she flicked her hand and a shield appeared in the child's way and they hit against it like a bug on a windshield and the child bounced off of it with a thud. "Seems they still have a bit of fight in them master." She figured that Drakkon didn't need her help with it but she had still helped him.

Carmina went back to scanning the area for where more of the children could be as they must be somewhere close by or else they were hiding and waiting for them to split up and look for a new ambush on the adults that were in this place but she needed to stay on it and make sure that she wasn't ambushed or attacked with out fighting back and that was something that she was not sure that she could do as she didn't have the fancy way about doing it that her master seemed to have and that was just how it was and she needed to find a way to figure it out and see what she could do to stop herself from getting ambushed. Her magic gave her a lot of options that she could use but she still had some restrictions while using them, and she needed to over come those restrictions and get stronger and fully make the spells hers.

She was not seeing any of the children around which made her more uneasy about this like something else was going on and she needed to make sure that she readied a few spells in her mind that wouldn't kill the children she would be using them on and could maybe have an effect that made them easier to catch but that was just her having a bit of wishful thinking and that was not going to cut it on an actual battle field that her master might want her to fight on and that was something that she needed to make good on and bring forward she she needed to arm her self with the best chances that she could to survive and take down who ever was an enemy to their path. She had to build her art and her skills, and a weapon that will be able to help her to do so as she thinks she caught sight of another child with a weapon that was stumbling around probably to look harmed.

Drakkon had noticed what had happened. He knew she had his back, so he didn’t worry about it. He smiled at her when he heard her words. At least the kids here were safe now, but unconscious. He moved their body to the public street area, and he noticed with Carmina that there was a random kid heading in a certain direction. He was heading to a house, that much he knew, but he wasn’t sure what was going to happen.

“You should go after him and see what is going on.” He said to her.

When he said these four kids had come out of nowhere to try and attack Drakkon together. The things that possessed the kids decided to work together to take care of Drakkon. He shook his head as dark flames appeared behind him and protected him as if he were wearing dragon armor. The kids would smack the shield and would bounce back, and landing on the ground. They were annoyed that he had a defense, and he looked at them with a smirk on his face.

Drakkon pushed toward one of the kids, and he pivoted his foot to move behind the young boy. It was then he swung his Enma on the back of his neck. It was strong enough to knock him out, and not kill him. The other three rushed toward him, and he dodged their attacks with minimum effort and then grabbed one of the kids and headbutted them, which in turn knocked them out.

The Devourer saw the other two had noticed their failed attempt and looked at each other. It was then that they had both attacked Drakkon together, one hoping to be a decoy while the other hoped their attack would go through. The son of chaos moved around dodging the attacks of one, and he allowed the second kid to hit his armor. When the possessed girl noticed that she couldn’t pierce the armor, he looked at her with a smirk on his face. It was then he swung his Enma to knock the girl out without a problem.

The last one noticed that they were along, and looked around to try and escape the area. They remembered there was one more person that could help out. It was then that they had tried to run away. Still, they wouldn’t get too far as Drakkon appeared behind them and knocked them out instantly. He shook his head as he moved to each child and he would get whatever possessed them out of them. Once that was done, he was waiting for Carmina to finish the job, so that they could find out where the source of possession had come from.

Carmina would keep working hard for her master even if she was not as strong or fast as him she needed to make the most of this time now before he moved onto his next in line as she can already see the writing on the wall that she was not going to be good enough and she moved in on the boy she and she did what she could to help and take them on as she was not as strong as Drakkon or as fast as him but she was trying to hold her own when it came to this as there was a lot at steak here and she wasn't wanting to let the children die if she could help it though she was pushing herself she was still feeling like she was just going to come up short and she made a motion and she got stronger and faster but that was only going to last for so long.

What ever was coming into these children was not willing to give them up so easily and she caught up to the possessed boy and she looked around and then she struck to knock him out and collect the body of the child to return as they were looking worn out and like this one was running on a broken leg but was not able to do anything about it but she lifted the child and returned with it and she pointed out that the boy had been running around on a broken leg and she had no idea if their leg was going to be okay or not but she wanted to point it out so they knew before she rejoined with her master and see where they were to go next on this messed up happening.
