Personal Name: Daiko Flayme / Hyōen Age: 18 Gender: Male Class: Battlemage Rank: C-rank Guild: Lamia Scale Tattoo: On the back of his neck Face: Kyoya - Beyblade Metal Fusion Appearance Height: 5'8 Weight: 143 lbs Hair: Coal-black Eyes: Grey Overall: Daiko is a solid, yet a bit slim built character. His hair is the easiest to notice from close-up or far away in the middle of anything else, due to its extremely strong contrast. His skin is quite dark, although not as eye-catching as his hair. He usually wears the same garments; a dark-grey t-shirt under his long, green jersey, combined with a pair of sand-colored pants and sturdy shoes with smooth spikes beneath them. He also wears a pair of reddish gloves with leather around his wrist as an accessory; on top of that, he wields an iron necklace that is formed as two drops molding together. Extra: You'll notice that his hair will lit up in a harmless, yet wild fire as a result of his sudden emotions taking over. The color will alter according to his state. Personality Personality: Hyōen is, somewhat, a locked book. Not many emotions appear from him at first sight, but that only applies if he’s resting or bored. When having something to do, it’s totally opposite; as a rainbow, lots of different expressions will erupt from his face. He’s quite the naïve type when it comes to social life, not very skilled in reading the atmosphere and such. However, that won’t hold him back from experiencing everything with a wish to appreciate all life on Earth. He always gets excited in the danger and great events that appears nearby, and most people would consider him childish, but behind the crazy shouts and stupid appearances lays a quite calm and shiny human being. It’s not that he lacks in capability of expressing calmness, which would help him in the future (if ever), but his boiling mind dominates. So… you could say that he’s an idiot, and yet not. He’s not really familiar with analysis or strategies, or at least not when in combat, but the way that he goes right in for it resembles that of an arrow. Typically, he hates to lose, and that’s not something strange in this world, but he knows the boundaries of learning from defeat and tries his best to hide his pain when falling, and instead get back up again. Smart guys think, even when on their knees… Likes:

Magic Magic Name: Firebird Magic Element: Fire Magic Description: Firebird is an altered version of regular Fire Magic that Hyōen has worked with since he wanted to become a mage himself. It focuses on the utilization of flames, the generation of flames and the different, efficient ways of performing several objectives with it. As one might know, fire is a very destructive element, and is known to turn the ground and woods into ashes with its devastating force. As a magic, its destruction is no less, and therefore, one shall do his best to master it, so that the power can be to his advantage. That applies to many other kinds of magic as well, and especially Fire Magic. This magic is very effective against Frost and Nature Magic, two elements that easily surrender to heat. The flames are somewhat smoother than regular fire, that is. You can easily spot it if in combat with him; it also has a golden contour around the orange blazes, and its overall appearance makes one think of one thing; feathers. The gathering of his magic resembles the plumage of a giant, majestic bird that flaps out its wings of fire to burn down everything in its path. Perhaps there’s a reason to that phenomenon… History History: Hyōen was born in a little cottage, out in the forests of Worth Woodsea, where he was living in peace with nature. He’s lived in that house since he was born with his dear mother. Since Hyōen has never met his father, his mother had taken care of him during his childhood and raised him on her own, collecting and preparing food for him (which included hunting) as that huntress of a mother that she was. She also told him stories once in a while, in which Hyōen developed his love for the bird of fire, the Phoenix, and his fear of dragons. In the end, Hyōen always relied on his mother back then, until a certain incident happened. Young Hyōen found his mother’s blood in the doorsteps and followed it, leading to her cold body. Since that experience, Hyōen has grieved over his mother’s sudden death. The only thing he had left from her was a necklace that she’d given him a long time ago... Years passed by, and he got used to the lone life in the forest. He was with nature all the time, and he never considered visiting any of the great cities in the mainland. Although, as he slowly made his daily life, something caught his interest one day; the news of magic. Being a total outsider, this was new to him, and it didn’t take long before he was all about trying to master the arts of magic himself. Without help from any others, he slowly adapted into the magic power that dwelled within him, and his very person manifested itself in the body of fire. Such a magic was very useful for him as he relied in bonfires once in a while, especially when he was hunting. Besides, he could cook food much easier now; however, he still has to realize a lot more about the origin of the magic within him and every other mage… |
