So leaving the Kardia Cathedral behind, the elf made her way to the little plaza not too far away from that spot to find a job on the quest board. The thing was that thanks to not being there early in the morning, it was around ten in the morning still though, she had missed out on most jobs. The board seemed vaguely empty of anything at all. As if a hard wind had tugged away the quests that had to be on there. She found a small note from the cupcake store asking for help but she had been there already and even if she didn’t mind to go there again, she wanted to find something else. So her amber eyes scanned the board for more of these smaller notes, but she didn’t found anything that was clear. Some people hadn’t counted on the weather and had written with a normal pen and that ink had dripped away, some quest looked old and people had written on there that the quest wasn’t longer active. Strange that the paper wasn’t removed in that case and she tried but some magic had it perhaps stick it on the board because the paper didn’t let go. This explained why it was still on the board and that there were only scribbles on there. She turned her heel and decided to go and walk through town to find jobs that were waiting for someone like her. Perhaps she should try Barras again but her arms were still sore and she wasn’t sure if she would be able to perform a good job if it would hurt too quickly.

Perhaps she should just give in to take the job at Oliver’s cake shop and bring around cupcakes again, it was at least an easy job and it was fun to do as it gave her the freedom of walking around Magnolia. Even though it was winter and a bit cold she didn’t mind staying outside. She made her way over there, it would take a few streets before she would arrive but that at least gave her time to find perhaps something else. Once she passed the bath house, a blond pretty woman just stepped outside, who greeted her in this beautiful morning. Apparently this woman was rather satisfied that it was a bit cold. She looked Sorcha up and down and asked if she was looking for a job and for a second the elf wanted to ask sarcastically if it was written on her forehead but she decided against it and she was looking for one. So she confirmed and the woman introduced herself as Bella, the owner of this bathhouse. Business had not gone so well and she wondered if Sorcha wanted to help by spreading flyers around town. With this weather, people might want to have a hot bath and that was a good reasoning, besides it would still give her the freedom of walking around town. So she accepted.

She got the stack of fliers that Bella had hidden inside her house and with that she got a short list of places where the owner of the bathhouse would like her to go and she simply nodded. She would first have to go to the South Park Gate, which wasn’t that difficult to find, she had been there before, grumbling about the metal around the trees and meeting Y’shtola there, she was actually rather curious if the trees were surrounded by their little cages again and find it a good walk towards there. While meeting people at the streets, she made small talk and handed them a flier. Some people immediately threw it on the ground and she would pick it up, littering was bad! So she made a short walk through the park before finding an advertisings board and putting a flier on there. Glad to know that the metal wasn’t around the trees anymore. So she could be satisfied by Y’shtola her work and walk on to the next spot on Bella her list. Which had to be Fairy Tail’s guildhall and Sorcha didn’t get the purpose of the guildhall but she walked towards it anyway, everyone seemed to know where it was and it was easy to find as it seemed to be the most colourful building in the whole town. So when she found a bulletin board near there she placed another flier on. She handed some people some more fliers and walked on to the next destination.

So she headed over to the bakery, her original destination of today and made some small talk. The guys she met before allowed her to leave a little stack of fliers so they could give it to their customers and she could place one on the board in the back of the store. Once done she waved goodbye and went to give out the last couple of fliers. Which wasn’t even that much work anymore. Once she was done, she went back to Bella to show her empty hands and told her what she had done. She ushered Sorcha to come inside to grab her jewels and while she did so, she told Sorcha to try out one of her herbal baths and with the muscle pain that Sorcha still felt, the elf wouldn’t deny such a luxury. So she accepted and followed Bella into the rest of the bathhouse so she would be able to take the pleasure of relaxing some more. Once Bella left her alone, Sorcha stripped of her clothes, took a towel and stepped into the bath for the time that she got. She felt the energy that she had lost raise immediately and the herbs felt very nice healing for her sore muscles. Perhaps she could see Barras later again? She could this time ask him bravely enough if he had some interesting weapons around. She decided that it was the best plan but for now relaxed and enjoyed her stay here.
