The sun was out finally on this seem to be dark ass fuck town, It seemed as long as Kanya been here there been nothing but darkness to follow. But that beautiful blue sky and that perfect giant star in the sky. It was about noon at most at the time Kanya found herself in one of the cafes not to far from the inn that she was staying in. Though it was kind of dangerous for her to be staying in a town where she did nothing but kill people. That didn’t even seem to bother her, one leg crossed over the other as her elbow rested on the table. In front of her was a plate, which in turn had a giant chocolate cake on it. The sweet aroma coming from it surely absorbed Kanya’s taste buds, in her eyes sweets was what made the world so perfect to go on without a second thought. The fork was moving between her fingers as she sat there, her blue eyes looking out the window as she knew her time in this small town was coming to a end. Kanya couldn’t lie leaving this place would be quite difficult as she had so much fun here,but she needed to expand herself and meet new people.
She was sitting in one of the tables of the corners in the café, one that wasn’t catching prying eyes. This was mainly due to her enjoying secluded areas if anything. It was then a man would sit at her table, at the other side of her. It took her a good minute to realize it was the same old man from the other night. “Wasn’t expecting to see you again old man, what cn I do for you now? Because I doubt you came to be friends with me” she would say as she knew this was probably another matter of business she had to take care of. The old man would push a picture of some other guy towards Kanya, her eyes looking down at it for the moment. “This here is someone who tends to destroy the progress I made in trying to make the world a better place, So I want you to track him down and kill him but bring me his head I want it as a trophy you can say. If you do this the mess you made here would remain under wraps, so what do you say child?” he would say as he basically was black mailing her into accepting the quest or have what she done revealed and the Knights after her head.
She didn’t say anything as she would take the picture and taking it into her pocket, here she go again working for a power-hungry fool who couldn’t do their own dirty work. Getting up from her seat she would go to the counter to pay for her cake before leaving the old man and the café behind. This was going to be her last mission here before she headed to a new play ground for her efforts. As she walked through the town, she was looking for clues at the very least. Stopping at different shops and people along her way in the town asking about the photo she had.
