Even in the day, sunlight has a very hard time piercing through what seems like layers of clouds that endlessly loom in the skies. Well, it wasn’t any of his business really but he figured he might see something interesting anyways. Walking through the pastures, Shichiro decided to see what was the cause of fear that was plaguing these cows. As he walked the scent of blood became clearer and clearer, that it felt like he was directly in front of the beast that was bleeding. He could tell that he was still quite a few ways off though. Eventually, he came across a dead cow. Well this must be the source of what he was smelling, was the first thought that came to mind. Taking a whiff of it, Shichiro realized this wasn’t the cow he was smelling initially. This one had been killed recently but it’s scent was a lot older and weaker than what he was previously smelling. Looking past the cadaver, he realized that there was quite a few of them in front of him. Stepping over the one he just examined, he figured he’d go and see what’s up. There in the distance, he saw a dead cow twitching but it wasn’t of its own accord. Focusing on it specifically, he could see a humanoid figure slashing its flesh with its teeth. Sighing, he figured that this wasn’t worth his time and decided he’d head out. Before he could do so though, the creature had noticed Kizmaru’s presence and reacts without thinking, saying, “I’M SO GODDAMN THIRSTY!!! I CAN’T TAKE IT ANYMORE, I NEED BLOOD!!!.” Lunging forward, the creature had charged straight at Shichiro. Sighing, he pulled his right hand out of his pocket, outstretching it towards the face of his attacker, slamming it into his cheek. He didn’t use his full might since judging from the way his opponent attacked him, he lacked any significant training or attributes that would have helped him in a real fight, not that Shichiro’s was any better other than his strength. After knocking the creature down and out, he took a whiff of him. Oh, a vampire. Well, better to just kill him now and put him out of his misery Shichiro had thought aloud.
