PouchThings were going a lot better now that Alisa slowly crafted a strategy in the heat of battle, realizing the bats relied on sheer numbers to overwhelm their enemies, neither really posed even the slightest threat individually. So she had to stay mobile, no matter what. The moment she stood in the same place for more than a few seconds at a time, they'd all be on her without warning. One by one the sculptress unleashed slash after slash, realizing the enemies weren't particularly strong and would hardly require a great expenditure of strength, she kept her strikes light, just powerful enough to kill a single bat with one swift slash before quickly sidestepping away from the bulk of the horde.
