Weirdlock Jones: Weirdlock Jones is a slim yet muscular man with a massive pompadour haircut. He always wears a dark blue kimono with circles and target patterns on it, as well as a blue, high-collared cape. Many consider Weirdlock as the greatest investigator in Hosenka. His investigative skills have placed many high profile criminals in Hosenka behind bars; criminals who managed to slip away every time due to lack of evidence. When Weirdlock Jones is on the case, no one will manage to walk away freely.

Summary: With his office clean and organized, Weirdlock has managed to find a new clue for the recent murders. Unfortunately, it was a bit too late because two new bodies have appeared. Weirdlock has reached out to you again to assist him, however, this time it is assistance with his investigation. He shall lend you a magic magnifying glass that can see blood types and fingerprints while scanning if there are any matches between recently observed blood or prints through the magnifying glass.

Notes: The first victim has a lot of fingerprints. They also have their mouth slit open. Using the magnifying glass, you will be able to find the second body which has similar wounds. Both victims have been stabbed in the back of their necks. Their tattoos will indicate that they belong to the White Star yakuza gang. Somewhere a note will be found as well which seems to be written by one of the victims.

Objective: Find the second body and study the clues.

Details:

Create a topic in Hosenka's Sakura Alley.
Find Weirdlock standing at a crime scene.
Help Weirdlock find the second body.
Study the clues.
Give the note to Weirdlock.
Weirdlock will point out that this is the modus operandi of the Black Dragons, a yakuza gang situated in Hosenka.
Weirdlock will relay this information to the city guards, however, he won't tell them about the note.
The city guards will pay Weirdlock and Weirdlock will give you your share.
