Khalfani †

Khalfani, today, had taken a job to make some quick and easy cash. Of course it was something more rebellious considering their stance on the law of Fiore. It was midday and not too many people were outside today. Khal yawned, tired from doing absolutely nothing. Lately their days had been calm. Most of their work was done so they decided to take side quests. The Eternal Nightmare mage strolled into an alleyway where they met Neal. Neal was a mysterious man but he looked silly more than he probably thought. The two met and discussed what needed to be done. It was rather simple. The vampire was asked to steal clothing for a disguise of some sort. A hat, a cloak, and a tracksuit. What was this man was using for? Who the hell knew. It didn't matter anyway. With nothing else more to discuss, Khalfani left the alleyway to begin the mission. It had been a while since they done a quest for someone else. Hopefully this wasn't something that would create more trouble than any of it was worth. The Vampire walked out into the city's square where all the vendors were. There must have been at least twenty. Most of them hadn't gotten any attention, but some of them were obviously favorites. First on their list was a hat. The Desiertan strolled alongside the vendors looking for something worthy. What kinda hat? A black hat? A Blue hat? A red hat? A beanie? A Fedora? Did it even matter? They weren't shopping for themselves anyway.

Neal seemed sorta like a flashy man, but Khalfani wasn't too sure. In the end all that mattered was that he got a hat that would work to conceal his appearance. Khalfani walked to the third stall which happened to be occupied by many folks. The stall sold all types of hats. Beanies and Fedoras alike. The Mage of Nightmare placed their hand on their chin, pretending to think. The people in front of them occupied the the merchant selling the items so all that was left was a little swipe. Easy. Just like that a fedora was snatched away from the table. Easy breezy beautiful, cover girl. Because that's what Neal would look like. A bad bitch. Next though was the cloak. Khalfani looked around to make sure that nobody was watching them. A smirk appeared upon their face as they felt successful. Despite the fact that this quest was hardly a challenge, there was something satisfying about not being caught regardless. Maybe it was the childish thrill that excited them. Regardless they moved onto the next vendor and saw a beautiful cloak hanging on the stall. There was nobody here, but the merchant was occupied by a magazine called "Underground". An outdated season sure, but at least he was occupied. With a spin, the Vampire snatched the cloak and made their way to the next vendor. There they stole the tracksuit before a Rune Knight pressed them. Oh shit, they thought before darting out of the square, losing the night and delivering the items to Neal where they were rewarded.
