You know, Cain was a very strange man. He reminded Khalfani of their farther considering how they were both basically walking skulls. But Cain in the same sense wasn't a Lich. Even if they never disclosed that to the Vampire prince, they could easily detect that. Besides the fact that Can still had a body of flesh, he just didn't have that...vibe, to say the least. Khal wondered how many more quests would be this edgy. Going to the cemetery to snatch the head off of a dead person? Probably the rudest thing that the dark skinned vampire would ever do. As they walked towards Cain, they thought about how connected the fleshless faced man may have been with their father. Whether they were friends hardly mattered much in the end, but Odin did have connections with a variety. Some of those people shared similar goals and some of those people were just completely different. The moon shone brightly upon the streets of Baska city. It was quiet. In fact, it was far too quiet. It was almost like something big and boisterous was about to come and shake the city, waking up all of the sleeping civilians to ruin their night. That'd be annoying. Trauma ran so deep within the vampire that they couldn't even trust the nature of things. Fate had a funny role and that much was proven when the gods chose to bet on the fates of the brothers. When they approached Cain, the man gave the directions. The quest was simple.

So, Khalfani took off with their black leather jacket and scarf around their neck. Contrary to popular belief, vampires did get cold. Blood was a liquid and liquids could freeze, hello. The Eternal Nightmare mage trekked towards the cemetery with intent only to make this mission go as quickly and smoothly as possible. It was about three in the morning and to be quite honest they were just ready to simmer down in their room, get butt ass naked and go to sleep. They had some food waiting for them in the main hall of Eternal nightmare's guild too. With a yawn they finally came within range of the graveyard. Zombies, zombies everywhere. The Vampire rolled their eyes at the sight. These zombies wanted human and organs. They had flesh but surely it was taboo for a creature of the dead to eat another creature of the dead. They were like cousins or something like that. The Desiertan circled around the zombies. It was like they didn't exist so their hypothesis had been proven. It was good information to have in case they had to fight a horde zombies in the future. Finally, Khal saw with their lowered eyes, the skeleton was laying all out in the open. The zombies were probably guarding it against humans. Who knew? Who cared? Quickly they walked up to the skeleton and snatched the skull off of its body. With the talking skeleton in their hand they walked back towards cain to deliver it, obtaining their lil jewel reward for the task.
