General Name: Soul Prison of the Fairy Queen Slot: Relic Type: Trinket Class: Legendary Quantity: Custom Element: Arcane Durability: 2x S-Rank Details Description: Some things are worth more dead than alive. Others alive than dead. And in some rare cases, some things are worth more if they're neither. Such is the last known Fairy Queen, long taken from their native lands and through cruel, unknown forms of Magic condemned to an existence within its cell, a rare crystalline formation designed to keep it stasis for all existence. Having stumbled upon the Soul Prison following her escape of the Witch Hunter Aegir, Vyra assumed the role passed down from owner to owner, acting as the "jailor" of the Fairy Queen. Thus, the responsibility of its preservation has fallen to her. Measurements: A crystal small enough to fit into one's hand. Little weight to it physically, yet a colossal burden left upon one's conscious. Extra Requirements: Vyra Emrakul Effects

General Name: Soul Prison of the Last Fairy Queen Slot: Relic Type: Trinket Class: Legendary Quantity: Custom Element: Darkness Durability: 2x S-Rank Details Description: Some things are worth more dead than alive. As time passed, the bearer of the Magical crystal passed on from one wielder to another, assuming the title of "Jailer" whilst the item remained within their possession. At some point, the role of the Jailer fell to the Witch Hunter Aegir, who retained the crystalline prison until her passing at the hands of Vyra's darker persona, who then claimed the crystal for their own, thus making the Demi-Human the new Jailer, whether she has fully appreciated it or not. Measurements: A crystal small enough to fit into one's hand. Little weight to it physically, yet a colossal burden left upon one's conscious. Extra Requirements: Vyra Emrakul Effects

General Name: Royal Decree of the Witch Hunter Aegir Slot: Relic Type: Trinket Class: Legendary Quantity: Custom Element: Arcane Durability: 2x S-Rank Details Description: While the concept and practice of Witch Hunters are hardly unknown within Fiore, very little information has ever been extracted regarding the more intimate and damning details regarding each respective cell. Information, secrets, and the securing and handling of such information generally fall under the individual discretion of the cell leaders. Some kept minimal records, preferring to have as little as possible known either to the outside world or beyond even those whom did not need to know. Others conveyed what was needed, leaving a record of what transactions and arrangements were made lest a party try to break out of an established arrangement. For the Witch Hunter Aegir, who at her peak operated one of the largest Witch Hunter cells within Fiore, nothing was insignificant enough to not take note of. Contacts, known associates, known traitors, jobs done, politicians bribed, treaties arranged, bylaws that were established, when it came to the affairs of the Witch Hunters no information was bad information. Politics, warfare, and intelligence all ran in tandem with one another. And all of it was recorded within a detailed log kept and maintained by Aegir. Upon Aegir's death, the log and all information contained within it, from treaties to strategies to general information was bestowed upon the woman's killer, the Blue Pegasus Demi-Human, Vyra Emrakul. With that information, Vyra know has access to insight into a world that she had only experienced a brief horrible moment within. The agreements made, betrayals enacted, sins committed, all of the information that Aegir had spent years carefully chronicling and saving now stands at the finger tips of the Demi-Human whose darker persona would relish every second of. Measurements: A large book, heavy and leather-bound with clear examples of modification made, much of which pertaining to the expanding of what materials can be held within its covers. Pages upon pages are forcibly inserted, some of which threaten to part away upon the occasional heavy gust. A heavy leather strap secures the book closed, holdable within one of her hands, otherwise held within her travelling satchel. Extra Requirements: Vyra Emrakul Effects

General Name: Rosaria Slot: Weapon Type: Two-Handed Sword Class: Mythic Quantity: Custom Element: Darkness Damage: 150 Durability: 3x S-Rank Details Description: An intimidating claymore, Rosaria - despite the renowned level of craftsmanship perhaps once associated with it - is a frightening weapon, having become tainted beyond all recognition due to Nightmare Magic. Centered within the imposing hilt - gothic in its craftsmanship, a deep tarnish having long since stained any luster and allure it may have had - sits a deep red coagulation of some sort of material, a small pulse radiating out from it every few moments similar to that of a heartbeat. The blade runs a deep red, having a blood-soaked aesthetic, a glance of it being enough to mistake its sheen for a fresh coat of blood. In totality, whatever respect and prestige may have once existed with the blade has been long since abandoned, leaving in its wake a weapon of horrific capabilities. Lore: A blade forged in service of the former adventurer turned Champion of Illumin Talia De' Valerii, Rosaria was always intended to be a blade of the Church, first in use by Talia and then eventually to whomever else should succeed her. That lineage never came to be. Alongside her sister, Mara De Valerii, Talia fell in an encounter against what is only known as The Nightmare. Though they survived the encounter, they suffered in different ways, the blade Rosaria being no exception to the corruption of the Nightmare. Talia lost her sight, Mara lost her mind, and Rosaria lost whatever purity the Faith believed it to wield. For an unknown period of time, Rosaria would remain in the possession of her original wielder until a fateful series of events led to the Sisters encountering the Nightmare Dragon Slayer Vyra Emrakul. Now in Vyra's possession, the Blade of Nightmares has finally been granted the wielder it deserves. Measurements: Like many claymores, Rosaria is a massive weapon. She runs a total length of about 2.1 meters, the hilt alone measuring nearly 52 cm, leaving 158 cm for the blade itself. Extra Requirements: Vyra Emrakul Bonus:

General Name: The Countess' Vestments Slot: Armor Type: Bodysuit Class: Legendary Weight: Medium Quantity: Custom Element: Arcane Durability: 2x S-Rank Details Description: An elegant leather jumpsuit, almost otherworldly in appearance. Having a largely two color scheme by which the colors of the deep void contrast alongside a tainted white tone, accented by a sickly bronzed emblazon that is incorporated throughout the design, it is hard to say with certainty where the origin of it began or otherwise is inspired from. This attributed to the including of an almost mantle-effect, with a spiked plume that spreads out beyond and enwrapping around the shoulders, drawing back down the length of the wearer's arms, being topped off with claw-like appendages having the same sickly bronze color present throughout. Persisting throughout the outfit, a subtle reddish hue lingers about, as if a small red cloud that travels with the wearer. Lore: One of many outfits having been acquired by the former Countess, now Lady Veronica Barothy of the Northern lands of Fiore, this outfit - having never been worn before - was a gift to the Demi-Human Vyra Emrakul as the first piece of what stands as a current repayment for the Demi-Human's involvement in the overthrowing of her father from power. At some point corrupted by the Nightmare over the course of time, whether through the Demi-Human herself or otherwise in the immediacy of the events preceding Vyra encountering the true Nightmare itself, the horrific qualities of that Realm and Vyra's Magic itself had become infested within it. Lower the last effects range to 15 meters. 15 meters is the common range for T4 effects and this item is a close combat oriented item, IE a sword. The fear as it stands is way too strong at 20%. That's not how that effect normally works. Following what already exists, replace the current description to "the target's attributes are lowered by 15%."
My reasoning for that number is; at T4 you can have an effect that buffs a single attribute by 15%. Rosaria's effect is a debuff of all attributes but effects multiple people within a set range. The Rune Knights badge has a 10% debuff but effects every criminal they're fighting. Considering there is a range cap, 15% seems reasonable as opposed to 10%.

If you keep the cost at cost 1K. Since it’s a signature spell I’d recommend 2 posts.
Or you can sustain it at its current price for 25 meters range and pay additional mana per person.
The Countess Fever:
Almost there. There’s a spell very similar to this that already exists, there are factors that go into why it has a range of 15 meters and only effects one person at 1,000 mana. However this spell's range is already buffed approximately 3x in comparison, so I’d suggest lowering the range to 15 meters, or increasing the mana cost.

General Name: Rosaria Slot: Weapon Type: Gauntlet (Arm) Class: Mythic Quantity: Custom Element: Darkness Damage: +100 Durability: 3x S-Rank Details Description: Precisely what Rosaria is stands to be a bit complicated to understand. It would be accurate to perhaps describe it as a gauntlet at its most simple level, though in actuality more standing as an amalgamous - if not horrific - layering applied upon Vyra Emrakul's arm, providing it with a coating that effectively leaves the entire appendage like that of Nightmare Magic than that of an arm itself. At times having qualities that more resemble tendrils of Nightmare, other times emulating a more exaggerated claw-like grip, in no scenario does it completely deviate from its initial presence on her person as a gauntlet of sorts. Lore: When Vyra Emrakul was first introduced to the world of Magic through Alisa Vollan, the conduit that enabled her the capabilities originated within her right hand. In that same moment, while she discovered the capabilities, so too did her darker persona. Tapping into and overwhelming the very same conduit that Vyra hoped to understand, the darker version caused it to instead erupt, the agony of unheeded Magic ripping through the Demi-Human's body, nearly taking her life within the process. Many, many months later, and though the wounds have more than healed and her control had grown incredibly, the fear remains an everpersistent memory within her mind. Whenever it happened, that Vyra's destiny intertwined with that of the Nightmare Dragon Nacht, the scars were reopened, the memories brought back, cast instead in an everpresent entity within her own person. Rosaria, as much a weapon for the Nightmare Dragon Slayer to utilize as it is a product of her own internal terror, a constant reminder of the true fears that exist within a world she does not understand, guided upon by a creature that neither she, nor the rest of the world truly understand yet.
