The Perks


Scourge of the Abyss: The user receives a Minor Resistance versus Darkness.

Unwelcome Guest: The user receives a Minor Weakness versus Light.

With Obscura and Mana: Nullification only reduces the damage of a Demon’s spells by two ranks instead of fully canceling it. If the user is an adventurer, this applies to item spells instead.

God Slayer: The user can purchase God Slayer Magic.

Abyss Gazer: The user cannot be blinded by Darkness-type spells.

Obscura Enchantment: The user may enchant weapons with a Darkness-type element to change its elemental alignment from Arcane to Darkness for the remainder of a topic. This also changes the element of the spells attached to the weapon.

Demonic Synergy: Demons receive a 2 post cooldown reduction on Darkness-type spells. This applies to elements mixed with Darkness-type as well.

Lore: Demons tend to disguise themselves while roaming Earthland. It allows them to blend with society without setting off any alarms. Fortunately, not all Demons are capable of performing this move to deceive others.
Effect: The user disguises themselves with an illusion and appears as a normal human. This is the secondary FC of the user in the character application. The disguised form looks nearly identical to their undisguised form without anything that could be considered demonic. Some may be able to see through their illusion through magic or items. If this form is not used, the user is in their base form.

Effect: The user removes their disguise and reveals their demonic humanoid form. The unleashed form is the primary FC of the user in the character application with a power-up. The attributes of the user are increased by 10% of their base amount. In addition, the user reduces the attributes of those that are ranked equal or one rank lower by 5%. Though, anyone that is two ranks lower or more than the user will suffer a reduction of 10%. This only affects those within 25 meters of the user. This is a transformation and not a spell. Therefore, it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells.

Lore: The true form of a Demon is quite monstrous, however, before revealing it they often tend to use their merged form. The merged form is a combination of their humanoid appearance and their true demonic form.
Effect: The user reveals their merged form which is a combination of their undisguised form and their true form. The merged form is the third FC of the user in the character application. The attributes of the user are increased by 25% of their base amount. The user may select a single attribute that is increased by 50% instead of 25%. This attribute cannot be changed in the future. In addition, the user reduces the attributes of those that are ranked equal or one rank lower by 10%. Though, anyone that is two ranks lower or more than the user will suffer a reduction of 20%. This only affects those within 25 meters of the user. This is a transformation and not a spell. Therefore, it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells. Unlike the Daemonic transformations, the user does not receive innate flight, however, Flight-type spells are reduced by 50% in cost when used. The mana reduction on Flight-type spells does not stack with any other reductions.

Requirements: 100 RP Posts as a Demon; at Least S-Rank

Effect: The user reveals their true demonic form. At most, the user may increase by 5 meters in height. At least, the user must increase by 2 meters in height. The true demonic form is a monstrous appearance that is a demonic beast e.g. a giant serpent, spider, wolf, etc. The true appearance is also submitted in the character application as the fourth FC. The attributes of the user are increased by 50% of their base amount. The user may select a single attribute that is increased by 70% instead of 50%. This attribute cannot be changed in the future. In addition, the user reduces the attributes of those that are ranked equal or one rank lower by 15%. Though, anyone that is two ranks lower or more than the user will suffer a reduction of 25% This only affects those within 25 meters of the user. This is a transformation and not a spell. Therefore, it cannot be canceled by artifacts or magics that can cancel spells. Unlike the Daemonic transformations, the user does not receive innate flight, however, Flight-type spells are reduced by 50% in cost when used. The mana reduction on Flight-type spells does not stack with any other reductions.

Appearance


Height: 174cm

Weight: 79kg

Hair: White

Eye: Red

Overall: Mahā is pretty tall but not that tall, with his weight as a comparison he looks pretty lean. He is muscular but not bulky muscular. With his white skin and white hair, his red eyes become easily noticeable and perfectly attract people to look directly into it. Both of his arms have a different color from his body, they both look like purple with lean fingers and sharp dark red nails. The color of his arms is like the color of a dead body, like how people's faces turn when they hold their breath for too long. Both of his horns were not a problem until he went to earthland and people started to be scared of him, that’s why he had to be disguised to blend in with humans in the earthland.

Extra: Two horns on his head, and he often seems to use bandages somewhere on his body, mostly on his arms.



Personality


Personality

As a Demon, it’s only natural for Mahā to have a chaotic personality, in order to create chaos wherever he goes. He likes destruction and also despair. Another thing that he really likes is knowledge, there is a reason behind this and that is when he learns how important is knowledge. He always seems angry, it’s super rare to see him smile or be nice to others. But when he disguises himself to blend in with people, he can’t avoid acting a little bit nicer in order to get what he really wants from his surroundings. He will never let anyone do harm to him and just go peacefully, he always holds his grudge and it’s in his blood to seek revenge. But despite his personality of creating chaos and holding a grudge, his time in earthland teaches him the importance of political moves. This means he understands how to see the bigger picture of his plan.
He learned to be less aggressive when needed, he learned how humans love some sugar coated words and it’s that small lies are powerful enough to put him in a better position that benefits him even more. Unlike the Demon in the Abyss who have territory by using force and power, in earthland some people have more power only because they know what to say to the higher ranking people and he learned how to use that skill for his profits.
Mahā is also really careless about drama and about other people, unless being close with that person is something beneficial for him and his future.




Likes & Dislikes


Likes


Chaos:
The nature character of Demon is unavoidable to him, at least for now. His love of creating chaos actually comes from the fear and desprat looks and actions from the people who are trapped in the situation.
Power:
It sounds cliche, but the terms of power he likes is really wide. Not just strength like power, but also power like authority. Both types of power are the things he likes to accuair.
Knowledge:
It’s like a different type of power, but also his tool to gain the strength and position type of power. That is why this is something really important from him and his growth will be affected by the knowledge he gains.


Dislikes

Morning:
Mahā is not a morning person, he’s more active during the night. It’s not that he is weakened by the sun, but he likes his infirement to be darker. Just like how he prefers his room with the lights off.



Motivations & Fears


Motivations

Surviving:
Learning from his past during his time in the Abyss, and the reason why he went to earthland. He doesn’t really have a big goal or something, at least for now. Learning more about earthland, kingdom system and all races in earthland might be the only thing he wants to do right now, until maybe he will have something he wants to chase.

Losing His Memory:
What is the point of seeking all this knowledge if he loses his memory? This might be the worst nightmare for him, the upside of this is that he won’t remember that he is scared to lose his memories.

Demon Art is an old magic among demons that can be learn or earn. In this case, Demon Art : Mantrā was created by Mahākāla. By combining his natural magic with the base concept of Demon Art, Mahā is able to create this magic. Mahā learn that every being have something called Ātmā, which can be interpreted as soul energy. Demon Art : Mantrā allow the user to manipulate and control their own Ātmā.

Effect: When the user makes a circular motion with their hand in front of them, a 4 meters magic seal will appear under their feet, followed by a 16 meters magic seal at the location desired by the caster. If desired, the location of the 16 meters magic seal can be underneath their feet. From that magic seal, Dark Miasma will form a 16 meters ball shape around the magic seal. If the targeted area is on the ground, the Miasma will form the shape of a dome instead of a ball. If the targeted location is not as ground level (e.g second floor with the first floor under it, or up in the sky as the target is flying, on top of a tree, etc.) the Miasma will form the shape of a ball. That Miasma can absorb up to 2x S-rank damage before being destroyed.

Effect: With a snap of the user’s finger, a 4 meters magic seal will appear under his feet followed by a 1 to 16 meters magic seal under the location they are targeting. From that seal, a blast of Miasma will hit everyone in the area of the magic seal and deal S-rank damage to anyone in the area.

Effect: When the user moves their hand and points their palm to the target location, 4 meters magic seals appear on the back of the user followed by a 1 to 16 meter magic seal under the location desired by the caster. If the user's palm is facing down, the 16 meter magic seal will appear under the user. Miasma will then come out from the magic seal and quickly fill the area of the magic seal wide and high in a shape of cylinder with the magic circle as the bottom part of the area, leaving not even a glimpse of light within the area. People within the area will get fully blinded as long as the spell is sustained.

Effect: The user points one of their fingers towards a target, causing a magic circle to appear anywhere within the spell ranges of the user. From the magic circle, a 0.5 to 4 meters black ball made out of concentrated Miasma will shoot out towards the target. When the spell comes in contact with the target, it will explode up to 16 meters radius of the spell dealing anyone in the radius of explosion with an S-rank damage.

Those concentrated Miasma will be hovering around the caster and following the caster as long as the spell is sustained, and the caster will be about to shoot each of them with a hand gesture in a group or as a single ball.

Effect: As the user opens wide their hands, a magic circle is triggered under the user. From that magic circle, Miasma will start surrounding the whole body of the user. The Miasma will then get tighter to the body and will turn into an armor covering the whole body of the user. This will defend them against any attack on their whole body up to 2 S-rank.
