Drakkon had gotten stronger and it seemed like it was only going to continue. He wasn’t sure why, but he felt power swelling up with him and he couldn’t let it go. He wanted to test his abilities the Devourer had not been in Fiore for some time. He was last seen within the North with Lumikki and when he departed he had gone to Pergrande. It was from there things had gone crazy and now he was in Baska City.

It seemed like a tournament was going on. One that was quick and short. He was fine with that, and he figured he would enter it with Hai Gone fused with him. This would make things interesting and he would be able to see how he could fight with the power of his dragon combined with his own. When he got to the front desk he signed up for the tournament and moved over to the waiting area.

When the sign-ups were finished, they made their way to the arena to decide who would be fighting who. He wasn’t sure when he was going to fight, but he couldn’t wait. He was tapping his foot on the ground as he was waiting for them to call his name. He wasn’t sure how many fights he was going to be having, but he did know that he was going to have fun.

The crowd was pact and it seemed like this was something the locals enjoyed watching. When they were finished with their preparation, he watched a lady make it to the middle of the arena.

“Ladies and gentlemen let's start the first round.” She said as she would bring out the two fighters who would be going first.

It seemed like he would have the first fight right now, which was good because it gave him to relax when he was finished fighting.

Drakkon would get on stage with his wings and horns. People thought he was a demon, but he was just a God and his partner a Dragon. It was two powerful beings combined as one. He looked over to his opponent and the battle would begin. He unsheathed two blades. He pulled out his Enma in one hand and Yamato in the other. Hai was able to make it so that he could hold Enma without using two hands. It was a stubborn katana, but he knew that he would be able to truly master it one day. For right now, he was just glad that it recognized him as the owner.

It was then the battle would begin and the man Drakkon was facing would rush toward him. He saw this and moved out of the way due to his Divinitas. The man stumbled a bit as he turned to look at Drakkon. He was not pleased with him making a fool out of him, but Drakkon didn’t do that on purpose, he just moved.

Drakkon would look at the man and it seemed like he was angrier than he was before. He would approach Drakkon and he would swing his blade at the man. He would clash his Enma. When the two weapons clashed, Enma pushed through and he would snap the man’s weapon in two. The man was in shock and he looked at the Devourer.

He was furious to see what had happened, but Drakkon didn’t care, he knew what he was going to do next.

“I hope you can take a hit well.” He said to the man.

He didn’t know what he meant at first, but Drakkon swung his blade and his Enma left a crazy gash on the man’s chest and he dropped to the floor. The people were in shock, some people cheered, but others booed Drakkon. It was soon after that they would go to the man’s rescue who needed medical attention quickly.

Drakkon stepped off the arena as the people who were in the tournament were nervous about fighting him. Others were excited and couldn’t wait to see how strong this guy truly was. Drakkon would see the rest of the fights occur and soon enough it would be over. The first round was done, and now the remaining fighters would go on to the next round. He was glad that they would get healed for the next fight.

He would get up as he would be the first one to fight. He got into the arena and so did his opponents. This person was excited to fight Drakkon and the fight would begin. Drakkon watched him rush to him and he would try to strike the man with his Yamato. The man jumped back expecting this, but before he noticed he had been cut. He was still standing, but the power behind Drakkon was something else.

Drakkon had a smirk on his face and the man chuckled a bit. how strong was this guy and why was he so sinister? That aura around Drakkon made him so menacing and people didn’t understand it. Still, he rushed toward the Son of Chaos and a barrage of attacks came from Drakkon’s opponent.

He moved back and dodged the attacks with ease. The Slayer moved around and soon enough he noticed that he was put to the edge of the arena. The man saw this as an opportunity to kick Drakkon out of the arena. This within itself was a different kind of fight. Drakkon saw this and instead of dodging he would block the incoming attack. He used his Yamato to hit his weapon, but he wouldn’t stop there. No, he swung with his Enma right after. Yamato broke the weapon it hit against, and Enma cut the man putting him on the ground.

Drakkon would hear the crowd upset with him. they didn’t like how he was hurting the people he was fighting against, but Drakkon didn’t care. He was in a tournament and everything was fine. They were fighting for their lives, and if someone died in their fight that was their fault. He would ignore them all, removing the blood from his katana and going back to the seat. The men there were furious with him for how fast he was taking his opponents out.

He didn’t care how they felt, and honestly, he was doing his best to give them a chance. At the same time, he was enjoying the hatred they were giving him. This was beautiful and he couldn’t help but wait to see what was going to happen next. The next fights would happen, and soon enough the round would be over. He was glad to see that things were progressing and that they didn’t stop the tournament.

Drakkon was excited to see what was going to happen next, and soon enough the announcer would make her way to the arena. They were halfway through the tournament, and that was good. A lot of people so some interesting fights, and the way one of them ended over and over was gruesome. Still, it was a tournament and they didn’t want to discriminate anybody’s way of fighting.

Still, she would soon announce that she was giving the fighters a small break. They could do whatever they wanted in the meantime, but they needed to be back at a certain time or they would be disqualified. Drakkon understood, but he wouldn’t move from where he was. He was glad waiting here, but he allowed the other fighters time to mentally prepare themselves. The crowd wondered if this man was going to win it all, and they figured he would and started placing bets on Drakkon for the next fights.
