Kaito looked around as he needed to make sure of where he was as this seemed to be a different part of the hidden forest than he was use to and that made him feel a bit on edge as Revy hadn't come with him this time and that was something that seemed off as she was usually all about the fighting and working together, but Kaito kind of wondered if she had a date or something planned and this quest was dropped on him out of no where so he couldn't just say no but he also needed to respect that Revy had something else she had to see too and that was fully fine. Kaito wondered if there were going to be many werewolves as it was more give to him to hunt the vampires to stop the were wolves coming into town and killing the people but he was not sure if this was were the den was.

He sort of felt like he was being set up but this was the first time he would get to use the new weapon he had bought. He wondered how it was going to handle in a real fight but he had already seen Revy use it and it handle well but he knows that he needs to make sure that there will not be any trouble using it but that takes practice with it and using his sword at the same time but he was not sure if that was going to really work well but his danger sense is going off and he dodged the attacks the vampires attacks and they let feral werewolves loose as well that had clearly been tortured till their minds broke and that makes this a bit rougher but Kaito knows that it is just easier to kill them cause they were not able to be saved.

Kaito

Kaito meets their claw slashes with his Damocles and when has the blade come out from the side of his glove and he used it to help him to parry attacks from the werewolves and he didn't hold back as they were beasts and no longer were able to be saved. He guessed this was why he was sent here as they vampires had taken werewolves and broken them and were setting other other groups of werewolves for the attacks. Kaito fought with the wave of feral werewolves and a few lesser vampires that were their handlers that got pulled along but as Kaito was using his magic and teleporting around the battle field and getting at the lesser vampires that were around and making them regret to be fighting him as they were not ready for him, so this was seeming an ambush of this group of vampires, rather it was the towns people or werewolves that had sent this up he was unsure.

Kaito really couldn't care as he was just doing what felt right and he was not going to back down as he released the werewolves from their enslavement to the vampires and they seemed to think they were not going to make it any farther as the less vampires tried to flee but Kaito fired beams of dimensional energy through their backs and they dropped to the ground as they were not made to be able to handle that and then some strange form of vampire and monster made it's way out from the vampires base. Kaito wondered if someone had been doing experiments on the vampires her like the rats in the north that he would come across from time to time. Kaito didn't have time to think about it and he had to stop a blow that sent his danger sense soaring, so he knocked the hit away from himself.

Kaito was surprised by how strong they were but they seemed like they were all brawn no brain and Kaito needed to use that to his advantage and he swung his sword and took off from the ground and dodged hits and the monsters hit each other and he smirked as they seemed as slow in the head as he had thought and he used the openings to get in closer to them and slash them and then speed off away from them as he didn't want to get hit by them or let his weapons take the full brunt of an attack from them as he was not sure if an attack from them might not just snap his sword or his blade of his glove weapon. He had to fight smarter against them and their attacks then one used a spell and Kaito had to phase it that was new and Kaito wondered if they were learning.

Kaito was going to have to release his ultimate spell here and he focused his mana then swung his sword and a monstrous amount of dimensional distortion happened around them and he watched as they screamed in pain as the damage happened and they started falling and he went toward the upper vampires that were around and they looked scared and he opened portals that ate their spells and made them disappear and Kaito flew right at them and he tried to take both of the vampires head off with a slash of his sword and the blade on his gauntlet but the reach was just know there as he was not use to using them at the same time unlike when he use to use his shield and sword together and knew the attack range by heart. The blade on his glove had barely missed but his sword hit and got the head of one and he looked at the one he missed.

The vampire looked like he was seeing his after life flash before his eyes as it dropped to the ground looking like it fainted from the near death happening that had just taken place and Kaito went into the hideout that was there and he move his sword and his eyes could see the mana of creatures that were around and he knows that there is a high vampire and two smaller werewolves in there and he went forward toward the high vampire as he wanted to make sure he killed the leader before something else were to happen but he knows he isn't just going to be able to just come in fight and it be that simple. The vampire lord drew a sword that seemed to smoke as it was on fire but it was not visibly on fire. When he met blade to blade with the weapon it seemed to change to light to fight the darkness.

Kaito gets it that the sword is a darkness in element and not fire. That made it easier it was just misleading and the vampires blade had cracked and the lord looked at Kaito and then back to his own sword again and he seemed very scared of Kaito now so the sword must have had a nasty effect on it if it was that important to the vampires plan to fight with him but Kaito didn't have time to be worrying about the sword as this was something that he needed to finish and so this time as he went in on the vampire lord he used his gloves blade to knock the sword away and he then struck right into and through the vampire killing the monster as the blade of his sword turned to the vampires weakness and his eye helped him to do so. He then freed the two smaller werewolves as the were children and probably the reason he had been give this mission. He made sure they made it back into the forest and then he headed to collect his reward and he killed the fainted vampire on his way out.
