The geyser is formed from her foot and after tapping it places the water on the ground to then surge up.

Hello, I'll be reviewing your spells. Please fix the following errors:

All your mana costs are wrong. A D-rank spell costs 25 mana, fix that.
Aqua Jet: Add in the fact that it can only take you in one direction.
Whirl: State what exactly this whirlpool does. It sounds more like a supplementary than an offensive, unless you elaborate on how it actually does damage.
Scales of the Water Dragon: ✓
Water Pulse: State the source of the surge. Remove 'meter'. '1m3' should suffice for the dimensions of your spell.
Tail of the Water Dragon: Isn't 1 meter a bit too thick to hold (assuming that this is the width of the whip)? State if there is something thinner to grip on, like a hilt.

Whirl: How is it controlled if it's sustained? Also mention that it can only do 1 D-rank damage in total per post.
Water Pulse: ✓
Tail of the Water Dragon: Mention that you can only make one arm and if you decide to make 2 arms each arm would deal 1/2 D-rank damage.
Please replace "1m3 meter" with just "1m3".
